We already reserved a hotel room for one night at the above branch through the official website on the day of July 06, 2020 and arrived there on July 09, 2020 at around 9:30 a.m. to check in and at least drop off our luggage and find out about the to inform the city. However, the receptionist informed us that she could neither check us in nor accept our luggage, let alone use the toilet in front of the reception. We were therefore in vain on the way from Braunschweig's main train station to the hotel and had to lose time and travel costs unnecessarily. The receptionist mentioned also said that we had only reserved the room but not yet paid the fee and that the reservation was only valid from 2 p.m. Therefore, we would not yet be hotel guests and would not officially have permission to stay in the entrance area and check-in would also only be possible at 2 p.m. So we didn't get a city map - until we asked them for this - nor did we get any further, alternative information about our extremely helpless situation and information about where authentic restaurants in the city are located. We understand that the Corona pandemic will result in some changes in hotel operations; however, we would have wished, as a guest in the B&B hotel, to experience more understanding, courtesy and hospitality on our trip, as we already knew from another B&B branch in Göttingen, for example.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance to Centrum; we were able to park in garage across street for discounted rate of 7 euro/24 hours. The room was totally renovated, with new ”wood” vinyl plank floors, king bed/mattress, but still had 16 foot ceilings (made me wonder what it looked like 20 years ago); elegant staircase going up, but there is also an elevator. Mini fridge had everything you wanted, but we were also able to take out beers on top shelf and put in a bottle of our wine. We brought our doxie along, and the hotel is very pet-friendly. I am glad we stayed here v. Best Western (which is in a bit of a ”seedy area”). The breakfast was delicious which included hot scrambled eggs...can't say enough about the hotel.

Wir waren zu einem Konzert in der ZAG Arena. Das Hotel ist hierzu sehr gut gelegen. Man kann zu Fuß zur Konzerthalle gehen. Das Personal war sehr nett und sehr freundlich. Wir waren in einem Nebenbau untergebracht. Die Verdunkelung war kaputt. Uns wurde sofort ein neues Zimmer angeboten. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Wir fanden die Zimmer leider etwas hellhörig. Wir haben nicht gefrühstückt. Insgesamt ist das Hotel für eine Nacht ok

My wife and I stayed two nights. We have been here before on shorter stop-overs and chose the hotel again for our recent stay. The hotel is located in the Exhibitions Area with very good access to motorways A37, A7, and A2, and the Leine-Center with about 60 shops and restaurants is within a short walk. Even though the hotel is situated outside the downtown area, it is okay for sightseeing in the Hannover area. Within a short walk you will find the subway station Laatzen Zentrum (U1) with excellent connections to downtown and other lines. Short time parking is available for check-in and check-out in front of the hotel and good garage parking is available at EUR 7/night. Unfortunately, the short time parking spaces were used for overnight parking during our stay, and this annoying issue should be addressed by the management. Our room was a business room with access to the Executive Lounge. The room was spacious and comfortable with a/c, safe and coffee maker. It was very quiet and clean, and in the business lounge we had a drink and a snack both days. The included buffet breakfast was very good with a large selection of both hot and cold dishes.

The furniture floor is old and the beds are sanitary. Generally speaking, it may be because of the exhibition. The high price of the two days we stayed in does not meet the hardware and software level of the hotel itself. The surrounding environment is good, it is more suitable for tourists to go shopping The price includes breakfast, but breakfast is average, typical German bread, ham, etc., there are fewer types to choose from.
