酒店電梯有重大安全隱患！！
我們在乘坐電梯時電梯突然停止運行，我們多次按下警鈴和求助電話 並同時聯繫電梯上的救援電話以及酒店前台， 由於電梯內信號卡頓我們沒有能第一時間聯繫到酒店前台 但第一次撥打救援電話時顯示無人接聽 我們衹好撥通報警電話 在打完報警電話後救援電話才接通 隨後信號良好時我們才聯繫到酒店前台 前台解釋説電梯停電！！電梯停電不應該第一時間核實電梯有無人員被困嗎 ？ 我們被困電梯將近30分鐘！！ 最後還是119把電梯門打開的 119説這個電梯發生過多次人員被困！！ 後面酒店負責人在前台大廳坐着看見我們也就説了實在抱歉之類的話 敷衍了事！

錦江之星品牌相比以前有所沒落，設施和衞生都很一般，進房間一股煙味，甚至還有股子下水道味，房間燈光有點暗，第一次用放很久才出熱水。唯一一點是一張大床一張單人床的房型很適合帶孩子的家庭，服務員態度比較好。
