I felt quite comfortable when I arrived in Qiaocheng. All the facilities were good, especially the breakfast was quite rich. The front desk service was very attentive. They even gave me a fruit plate when they saw that I was drinking. [strong][strong][strong][strong]

要求按照退客房打掃，私人物品不要動。明確要求床單被罩枕頭套全部換掉，但依然沒換，作為客房部是不理解何為退客房標準打掃？？特地寫了提醒給前台和客房部，依舊沒有交接好。望酒店做好培訓工作！

總體滿意，每次回老家都會選擇僑城
設施：設施偏陳舊，但還整潔
衞生：房間打掃的還是比較乾淨的
環境：出門有夜市，非常熱鬧，緊挨大風歌廣場
服務：服務較滿意，細節待提升
主要問題：客人離店時查房間不夠仔細，這是我們連續至少第4次十一假期入住僑城，我們已經第2次在他們客房遺漏東西未拿，雖然不是什麼值錢的東西，但是每次都沒有找到，而且每次致電前台的時候都説沒有看到，而且是在沒有找的前提下直接回復説沒有，理由是客房服務如果看到了他們會報給前台，直接回復就證明沒有遺漏物品，本次前台又讓客房服務直接打電話回覆，客房説沒有看到，並且説別説是這種小件物品，就算是貴重物品他們看到了，也不會拿。我們也是無語了。
