This is a very good hotel. The staff are 1st class. Our room was fine, while not spectacular. It benefits from an excellent restaurant right across the street. We had a air-conditioning issue which was sorted within an hour. The pool is fine. Breakfast and dinner were also fine. The only issue we had was the very limited availability of beer. Only 2 beers on offer. But, that was the case all over Pegeara. Germany people are good folk. But this town only caters for Germans. That's fine. But I couldn't find a drink. For this reason, we won't be back.

We have spent some wonderful days thanks to the staff who are very kind and attentive, the tranquility that one breathes in the hotel and its facilities such as the swimming pools and that the complex seems like a private house and the very rich and varied buffet. The only drawback that I see is the dinner times that as the area is German it is only until 20:30 and for the Spanish it would be good at least until nine as we are not used to having dinner so early, a longer margin would be good. All the employees are very nice, the guys at reception like Miguel or the waiters Manolo and Mr. Paco, great professionals and kind. That treatment is very much missed in these times. THANK YOU FOR MAKING US HAPPY IN THESE DAYS
