Aparthotel Novo Mar

From start to finish we had a brilliant stay. Sea view apartment 309 was spotless and housekeeping 5 days a week… sun on the balcony (which had 2 sun beds parasol and dining furniture) until about 5pm. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Staff were polite and helpful at all times. We had a couple of issues which were sorted immediately… thank you Poll was exceptionally clean and inviting. 100 % recommend starting at this hotel

We loved everything about this hotel ! Great location,very close to the beach and delicious breakfast, the room was very clean and comfortable, the staff was very nice and helpful. Great pool , clean and not too busy. I can highly recommend this hotel ! :)

A clean and well maintained hotel with everything we needed for a week in Mallorca. The rooms are a good space fitted out nicely with a small kitchenette which we used to cook a couple of meals. The beds are comfortable and the airconditioning was excellent even when the outside temperature was in the 30s. Our room had a balcony with a sea view which was a nice bonus. The pool is nice and wasn't too busy when we were staying. The hotel is just off the main street through Paguera, meaning there are plenty of shops around within walking distance. There are a few larger supermarkets in the town so plenty of choices if you are willing to walk a bit or have a car. Paid parking is available at the hotel however it's limited so make sure you speak to reception if you want to book a space which are charged per overnight use. We booked including breakfast which included a decent number of hot and cold options including catering for a gluten free diet with gluten free cornflakes available and also GF bread available on request. The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly and gave us lots of useful information on check-in about the local area including public transport and car hire options. We would happily recommend Aparthotel Novo Mar.

Fantastic location right by all the shops, dining options and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Spacious apartment with beautiful views. Good service

To start off, I dont get paid for this ;-) We were at another apartment hotel in Paguera. Supposedly 4 star. we didnt like it there though, so we left after 2 nights and found the Novo Mar. The staff was really helpful in accomodating us. The view in the upper floors are really breathtaking. The balconies/terrace are huge. The place had been renovated some years ago, so it looks clean and new. Breakfast was really nice. Good selection of bread, scrambled eggs, cereals etc. What made the stay really perfect were the small things from the staff. They give away free sun umbrellas, so you dont need to buy one or rent one at the beach. We stayed at the place 2 times during our time in Mallorca and checked 4 different rooms. The staff was always supportive in finding the right room for us. They also helped us to order taxis etc. Location is superb as well. Just 3 minutes to the beach and just 2 minutes to the Bulevar- the street where all the shops and restaurants are. Just opposite you also have a small supermarket with the typical selection of soft drinks, beers etc. To sum it up, this was a perfect stay in Paguera. We will most likely come back again.
