Nice Aparthotel complex. Good pool and situated in nice park land. Food tasty and varied. Slight 500 metres uphill walk from beach. Entertainment provided to suit all tastes. Visited hotel in October when there was too many children in complex.

I came here with my partner and 2 kids ages 6 and 9, we booked all inclusive with a superior apartment All inclusive I'd really really good! Different options each day for breakfast lunch and dinner, between they times there is a snack bar, brunch and selected hours to get cakes. Cocktails included is amazing so much options. Kids club/mini disco staff are amazing, keep the kids well entertained, they had so much fun. Rooms - Our room was on the 3rd floor of the apartment side -no lift but that's no issue for us. Very clean, and modern Only issues with the room was the aircon was not good atall, the shower floded the apartment on each use. Overall we had a fab stay and look forward to come back xx

We had a great family holiday at the Valentine hotel, very clean and well maintained and the food really was first class, an amazing selection. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was throughly cleaned daily and the air conditioning was also great. The entertainment team were also very good and catered for a wide age range. We would definitely return to this hotel

We stayed at this resort for a week in late August. While there are some areas for improvement, the resort has several positive aspects that could make it a better destination with a few adjustments. The Good: 1. The majority of the staff are exceptionally friendly. 2. The pools are excellent, particularly for children. 3. The buffet is better than those at similar resorts. 4. The cleaning staff do an outstanding job. The Bad: 1. There is a noticeable two-tier system for guests. We chose the half-board option to explore local cuisine but found that all-inclusive guests receive markedly different treatment at breakfast and dinner. 2. The drinks machines in the restaurants have specific usage rules, which are strictly enforced by the staff. For instance, I mistakenly used a machine to get a Coke and was reprimanded by a waitress. Consequently, we were not offered drinks during dinner for the rest of our stay, even those we were willing to pay for (and had previously paid for). Read up on the drinks policy before you go or you will be chastised by a member of staff. 3. A small number of staff members were quite rude, both to guests and their colleagues. This was particularly noticeable given the overall friendliness of the majority of the staff. 4. Rooms are dated (but clean). 5. The poolside deck chairs were mostly damaged, broken and/or dirty. Conclusion: Despite some positive aspects, the issues we encountered would prevent us from returning to this resort.

I would 100% recommend this hotel. Other than the rooms feeling a bit small and outdated, everything else feels at least like a 4 star hotel. The entertainment every night is really good and you can always get a chair by the pool due to how many pools they have. Due to us going half board though we had to buy drinks which would have been OK if they weren't so expensive at €8.50 per cocktail €6 for a milkshake. Other than that we had an amazing time :).

We stayed for a week at the Valentin Club Hotel in Palma Mallorca through a reservation made via an agency, and unfortunately, we were not satisfied at all. The hotel's rooms were very old-fashioned and outdated! Moreover, they were very insistent that we wear plastic wristbands that scratched our wrists! Initially, Michelle at the reception was very polite, but later she behaved very rudely, raising her voice and harshly criticizing us for not wanting to wear the wristbands! Additionally, whenever I asked for help, they always said, "You booked through an agency, we can't do anything." They charged £1 for a towel. The food was not good at all, only one day was somewhat decent! There were some friendly and smiling staff in the restaurant, but there were also staff who only talked among themselves, which didn't disturb anyone with their loud talking! We didn't like the hotel at all, but we loved Mallorca, especially the sea, which we couldn't get enough of. We will definitely come back and stay in a better place next time. As the receptionist said, we were victims of the agency. P.S.: The room was very old, but very clean. I can't disregard the efforts of the cleaning staff.

We recently returned from a week at the Valentin Park Club and overall had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with air conditioning, which was fantastic given the hot weather. The resort features various pools with ample sun loungers and conveniently located bars for ordering drinks. The kids' club was outstanding, well-organized, and the kids' entertainment was top-notch. Food at the resort was good, with a different themed buffet each night. Breakfasts were excellent, offering plenty of choices. The beach is just a short walk from the hotel, with many great shops along the way. We opted for half board, allowing us to explore different restaurants in the area. The only downside to our holiday was the staff's treatment of guests based on nationality. When they realized we were British, we often felt ignored, while German guests were served quickly and attentively. Our children, along with some French and Spanish children, received less attention compared to the German children, which was quite disappointing. Aside from this issue, the rest of the trip was fantastic. The airport transfers were smooth and hassle-free. Despite the one negative aspect, it was a great experience overall.

This was our first family holiday. When we got here we thought it was amazing and what a great hotel it was. We were only half board. When we went for our evening meal we got a drink out of the machine. Which we were told we were allowed with our meal but then the managed can up to us very roughly and ask for our room number as they were 6euro each so my husband told him to take them away as we didnt want them. We ask for tap water and was told no to that as well. We were made to feel very unwelcomed were were not told anything at check in, we even had to ask what time check out was.There was no air conditioning in the room it was just a fan so the room was really warm at night. The babies travel cot was dirty and broken when she stud up in it, it moved. we could even put her in our bed as they were 2 singles pushed together and she would have fall between them. Also the ramp for prams and suitcase cases could be better as we keep getting stuck with the pram. Won't be staying here again
