The hotel was situated at the top of a hill but lots of shops and the beach were at the bottom of the hill which was lively in the evening. The staff were very friendly, the food was lovely, it had everything so you had lots of choice, great entertainment from a few artists plus the animation team events were amazing and very professional. Other acts were different artists but still very good and varied. All the children had lovely manners and they had a children’s pool, mini club, ponies, a large pirate ship and water buckets etc etc so it looked fun for kids plus the entertainment was very good and their own food area was a good idea too. We went all inclusive so we had a la carte one night but to be honest that was very disappointing as we had to wait a long time and the waiter was miserable so not a great atmosphere. The food cart was lovely food and could not fault it and I had a big burger, chips and salad plus nachos and cheese too all included in all inclusive. We went on a balinese bed, but in summer is 20 euros per day plus we went in the infinity pools, the adult only areas were nice and quiet and another area had green blow up beds which was lovely and relaxing. A few people put out their towels but no panic as there were lots of sun beds available and no racing to put your towel on a bed which was nice not to worry about this. No inflatables in the main pool so children were directed at the back area where most of the children went every day which was very nice and lots of tropical trees and plants planted around the areas. The inclusive drinks were amazing you could have anything and a great choice plus irish coffees and so much choice so would recommend doing this. We received a bottle of champagne in the room but no fruit as advertised. We stayed in the silver room accommodation but little storage and needed more coat hangers as there were only five. More storage is definitely a must. The See through shower and toilet umm we did not like that really but the design of the silver room reallyneeded more storage plus it had a glass balcony with gaps so not safe if you have children. A towel is needed near the shower or you would have a pool of water in your room as water seeps out of your shower so don’t panic. A Very chilling holiday but maybe a few activities on this side of the main pool would of been nice. Lovely shower gel and a lovely Jo malone type of soap provided in your room plus one euro per day for pool towels that can be changed every day. My main criticism would be the pools as they only opened at ten when on holiday it should be open at 8-9am and a life guard in both pool areas were visible just in case. The bar near reception closes at 10.30 that’s far too early as we are on holiday . I would definately go here again as it has everything you would need. We changed and had a shower in a room near the indoor pool and gym when getting ready to go home on our last day which was handy and our luggage was put in a designate

Just returned from a fabulous stay with my mum and children age 4 and 7. I was slightly apprehensive after reading some of the reviews but we couldn't find fault at all. Some comments mentioning that Brits weren't treated as well as other guests was not our experience at all. There was a nice mix of all nationalities in the hotel and the staff didn't seem to favour any. We booked a Golden family room which had a balcony that opened up onto the 1st floor rooftop with lovely double bed loungers. Pool areas were fab. Nice mix of family areas and adult only areas and smaller pools. We recieved a lovely bottle of champagne in the room which was well received. My kids absolutely loved the kids club, big shout out to their favourites Daniella, Ana, Maggie, Maeva, Naidia, Kaja and Madalena. The entertainment team work so hard. They put on some great shows and the daytime activities were good too. Great selection of named brands on the all inclusive drinks. We enjoyed the food and even with a fussy 4yr old there was always something that he would eat. We especially loved the food truck area which was open 11-1 and again from 2.30-5. The food was delicious. My family loved Puli and Jose who always made a fuss of the kids. The hotel is in a great location, just a 5 minute walk to the shops and a lovely beach. We will absolutely return again. Only tip would be to have some water dispensers throughout the resort to avoid having to queue at the bars and restaurant to refill bottles.

This hotel needs to be spoken about more! Cannot fault it we have had the best time and we would look to go back again. Drinks 10/10 we have never seen a better drinks menu for all inclusive, food is also amazing there is always something for everyone. Staff are so friendly and couldn’t go out of their way more for people. Pools are amazing, everywhere is so clean and tidy! No rush to get sunbeds, plenty when we went down at 10am. This hotel is perfect for families or couples or if you wanted a solo break. 5 min walk to the beach and shops/bars. Thank you to all of the amazing staff, the hard work doesn’t go unnoticed!

Amazing hotel! All the staff works really hard and they all very helpful. The hotel room was really nice, cleaned every day. They left us a bottle of wine as a welcoming gift in our room. Also we arrived early but it was not a problem to check in, we used to always wait in another hotels till they would let us check in. Food was good. We don't eat meat, but it was not a problem to find something to eat every day. You can also get things like veggie burger, pizza, wraps or sandwiches. Cocktails and all drinks amazing quality, the best we had. We travel a lot and usually all drinks in the hotels are watered down, but not here. Ignore a few bad reviews, some people just love to complain about everything especially British people they always exaggerate everything!!!

We have just come back from a fantastic stay as a family with 2 young girls (7 and 3). All staff from reception, to service staff were very friendly and helpful. We had no issues being either half board or English as other members have said in their reviews. The pools are great, we always managed to get space at any of them. The splash pool is lovely and warm for the little ones. Food was consistently good, it did get busy at times, but there was always a table available and there was never a long wait at some of the popular stations. This was the first time we have used a kids club whilst away, our girls wanted to go and they had the best time, there was plenty for them to do, all the kids club staff were lovely, kind, fun and nurturing, thank you Danielle and team. It really felt like they cared about each of the children there. This allowed my husband and I to have a couple of hours at the adult pool and bar, which was lovely and relaxing. The animation team were excellent and clearly love their jobs, they were so enthusiastic, friendly and hard working, there were so many activities you could do in the day, but there was never pressure to join in. The night time entertainment was great, starting with the mini disco. The shows were all fantastic and the ones done by the animation team were superb, the kids absolutely loved it, especially when they recognised the staff or the team interacted with them by high fiving them or taking pictures at the end. Andre and his team really are superstars. Thank you for a really wonderful stay, we will be back!

Overall this place is not bad. We visited as a family of 4, kids are 5 and 3. The kids area and pool are nice. Only visited the kids club a couple of times, ours won't be left so it's nice to be able to stay with them but still use the facilities. The animation team were great and mini disco was good. The show after the mini disco is also great fun and you can tell a lot of thought has been put into it. Food: The food is good overall. I have a dairy allergy and did struggle. Oat and soya milk are available at breakfast which is great but not much else is available if you are vegan. Lunch and dinner became a bit samey after a few days. There was also confusion at the different bars around soya or oat milk. It very much depended on who served you. Some training for all staff around allergens would be useful. I emailed the manager when I was there but no response. Some confusion around all inclusive and what's included at different meal times. At the pool bar you couldnt get food if you were all inclusive and ice creams were only from a small selection. The food truck is ok but mostly frozen things heated up. It was also disappointing to me that there was not more fresh fruit on offer. Lots of tinned fruit. Absolutely no vegan dessert. I asked the chef one night but they didn't seem to be able to provide anything. Rooms: we had a golden room but as other reviews state, it is small. The balcony space was useful to dry clothes but it wasn't separate from neighbours apart from a few plants between. It was cleaned daily and overall fine as we weren't in the room for long. Adult only area was definitely not that - although being a family we never went. Kids were in there all the time. Gym was very small and quite busy. Overall not bad but probably wouldn't come back. Would recommend private transfer from airport - only took 25 minutes.

We had a wonderful week at this hotel. My husband and I and our teo children aged 8 and 5. We arrived at 11.30am and our room wasn't ready but there was a room to store our suitcases and we went to sit by the pool and had some lunch from the snack bar. We were half board which I loved as we ventured out for lunch every day and we enjoyed lots of lovely restaurants down on the sea front which is only a 10 minute walk (uphill on the way back but not too bad). The food (breakfast and dinner) was all excellent, great variety, themed nights and 2 x BBQ evenings per week. Drinks and ice creams were reasonably priced, excellent list of cocktails to chose from. Our room we felt was a bit small but we coped no problem. We knew we didn't have a balcony we booked very last minute. I just had to keep it tidy and be organised. The air con was great, good shower, cleaned and beds made every single day without fail. Several pools to choose from. We preferred the quieter side without the splash park but each to their own. Never struggled to find a sunbed if there by 9am ish. Excellent entertainment every evening. Our room overlooked the entertainment but it finished by 11pm and didn't bother us at all as we were up quite late most nights. The location is lovely and we felt safe, nobody trying to get you to go into their restaurant or sell you anything at all. 30 mins from Palma via taxi, I would recommend a private transfer as its a long way in the coach going to all the hotels. Highly recommend this hotel, could not fault it in any way! And trust me, we are fussy!
