we are a family of four with two boys from eight and 10 that stayed five weekdays in Center Parcs. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The first thing we like about this park is that it was almost carless park , this means that all the parking area was at the entrance and you could only load and discharge your things with the car. These allowed families to walk around nature without worrying about cars passing by, it was very nice and relaxing. The signs on the road to walk from the cottage to the main building were very confusing which allow us to spend a lot of time in the nature walking around . The room was okay, beds were comfortable but beware that you need to bring everything, they left sheets for us to make our own beds, but there was not even one toilet paper or soap available when we arrive, Make sure to bring hand towels for the toilet and floor towel for the shower, it normally gets all wet when you take a shower. The room had a hanger where we could hang our wet clothes, but we were not aware of it until the last day, it was not mentioned anywhere, you need to do a little bit of discovery on yourself. The TV is quite old so you cannot mirror your phone or connect to Netflix so make sure to bring some boardgames to yourself. The waterpark was good, it had 2 main sliders for the big kids to enjoy and several different pools around, also showers are mixed do not have soap so make sure to bring it yourself. The restaurant inside the water park was very basic and only had a couple of sandwiches. there is a lot of activities to do in the park, we really enjoy the tuk tuk rides and the boat rides, which fortunately didn’t have any queue or reservation needed when we arrived. The favourite part for my kids was baluba, spend several hours playing on the indoor playground that had good sliders for all ages. Once thing that I believe could improved was the service, almost activities we barely saw any staff and most of them were self-service. On the great café you can order via.QR and once they bring the food they do not even say hello or smile and they remove the plates quite fast, but no interaction at all . For the prices I pay on the restaurant, I will have appreciated a smile or a welcome or “how was you food ? “ type. The same happened when we arrived to the park, a lady gave us a bracelets ( based on the car plate i guess ) and push us to move forward without saying welcome . The only place we really felt welcome was on the beef restaurant where the service was excellent and the host gave the kids an exploring game for them to be distracted while the food arrived. overall good , but we would have loved some more service during the vacations. The park is located quite remotely so very little activities to do outside the park .
