No clarity on check in for them, they requested me take checkin after some time thought the checkin time started and mandated that no possibility of late checkout without extra payment for which they said okay initially as they given late check in. Overall staff is not that much welcoming

Place is good good ambience cleanness, atmosphere, restaurant is excellent but room service and housekeeping response very delayed.

The stay here is not worth it. Apart from the sea view through the glass door, there's little positive to mention about this overpriced 2-star hotel. I wouldn't recommend it unless you specifically want a sea view and have no other options ***** beach road. Guest houses in the vicinity offer a better deal at a fraction of the price. The bathrooms are not clean, and a peculiar issue is that after closing the door, the wall mirror reflects the image for others in the room, which is quite off-putting. The breakfast is average. It doesn't meet the standards for a 2-star rating. Overall, i would not personally recommend it.

Overall experience: our 2-night stay at the end of october was comfortable and enjoyable. Positives: room quality and view: the rooms were clean and well-maintained. We booked sea view rooms, offering beautiful views of the sea and sunrise right from the bed. Though there was no balcony, the view was a true highlight. Location: the hotel’s location, directly across from the submarine museum, made it convenient to explore nearby attractions on foot and enjoy local street food. Dining: the breakfast spread was satisfying, with quality food enjoyed by my family. We also had a delightful diwali dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, where the food was excellent and reasonably priced. Family-friendly and helpful staff: i traveled with my family, including three senior citizens and two children. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to use the terrace to dry our clothes after sea outings, which was very helpful in the absence of a balcony. Negatives: odor in rooms: upon entering, all three rooms had a noticeable foul smell, likely due to ac filters needing cleaning. This was especially evident when the ac had been off for a while. - recommendation: despite initial doubts from reading mixed reviews, our stay was enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for its excellent location, amenities, and friendly staff.

The hotel was decent. But not worth the price i spent. The room is also small to stay with kids.
