Make sure all the rooms' plumbing, and key access functions properly, especially the toilets and room keys, improper functionality do happen. When things like toilet basic non-functionality and key access are brought to front desk personnel's attention, make sure they are trained to solve basic problems like these in one of two ways: Either swap out the customer's room with another properly functioning room or immediately send a competent hotel person to the non-functioning room to solve the problem. In our stay at this hotel, I had to walk to the front desk multiple times to be given several non-functioning keys and ultimately a defective toilet plunger for me to use that did solve the problem. I did not stay at your hotel to become a plumber, this was disappointing and insulting, to say the least.
