Studio 6 Suites Pearsall, TX

At check in the staff member was too busy talking to her boyfriend to answer any question or even notice i was a Hilton Honors member. (as diamond member I am supposed to get 2 bottles of water and a snack at check in). Had to wait almost 5 minutes for her to end call to get information on restaurants in the area. Got to the room to find the AC off and the room a toasty 85F. Took 90 minutes to get it comfortable at 72F. The towel rack by the sink was broken and the towel that should have been on it was missing. Went to use the bathroom and found out the toilet paper holder was broken such that when I tried to get some toilet paper I had to chase the toilet paper down as it rolled out of the bathroom into the main room when the holder fell apart in 4 pieces. Luckily the shower worked. Went down the next morning and reported the issues with the hope they could be fixed while I was out in the field; (asked that they at least put a towel by the sink if they couldn't fix the towel rack). Got back 10 hours later to find the room exactly as I left it; no towel and the toilet paper on the floor. Went down to the to the front desk to ask about repairs and was told they were being sold and no repairs were being done. Asked about lack of water/snacks and was told the new owners had discontinued that service. Asked about the gaurentee of satisfaction or free and was told that it didn't apply. At that point I checked out and drove 5.5 hours home to get a good nights sleep and a bathroom with toilet paper that was stationary.

No pool to use asked for a discount the lady checking us in was rude. Blankets had stains and tears the breakfast the bacon was over cooked coffee was just fair. shower was cold water at 630 am towels were just ok

1 st night no water in room 103 that made us move, then the phone didn't work and no wake up call. I was there for 2 nights, I asked for room service and to fix phone. When I got in no towels and phone still not working, the lady at front desk at night time was helpful, but the service front morning shift was not there, and they blamed it on nee hires. Which I believe that the other employees should follow threw, which they did not. The water sprinkler over the bed area doesn't look safe. I am wanting 3x points please, and was not given water or snacks on entry even when I told the lady I was a diamond member, she said, talk to the day that comes in at 5am, not cool

The staff was very very rude and their personal presentation was below zero they looked dirty they had jail tattoos on their fingers and their uniforms were not ironed. I do not recommend this hotel due to my bad experience with the staff.

Friendly staff, location was close to work site.
