'Stunning' is the word to describe this outstanding ocean-front property. 'Seabreeze' apartment offers the perfect escape. It is located in the Dress Circle position at beautiful Pearl Beach, less than 1 hour's drive from Sydney's northern suburbs. Just 10 meters from the water's edge and National Parks this quiet, private location commands spectacular views over Broken Bay, Lion Island and Pittwater that showcase a wide range of wildlife, such as eagles, hawks, pelicans tailing the trawlers, schools of fish and occasional dolphins and whales. All of the attractions of Pearl Beach can be reached within a leisurely 5-minute stroll including: tennis courts, 2 beaches, nature walks, fishing, ocean pool, etc. Inside, this spacious apartment is split-level. On one level there is a bedroom with queen-sized bed; a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity unit. The lower level is one large living space - 9 meters long - incorporating the kitchen, dining and lounge areas with large windows and doors opening on to the sun-deck and view. With reverse cycle air-conditioning and a cosy gas-log fire, 'Seabreeze' is just as appealing in winter as it is in summer. The default Check-in time is 2.00pm and check-out is 10.30am. However, complimentary earlier check-in and later check-out times are offered if the apartment is available. Check the with owner a day or two before you arrive. Unfortunately, due to its location on the edge of a steep drop, Seabreeze is not suitable for children from crawling age to 12 years. Access to the apartment is via a path with 21 steps and a handrail. Linen is provided. Free Wi Fi, Netflix and Nespresso Machine. Small, quiet, house-trained dogs that don't drop hair are welcome but please check with owner before booking. We don't have a yard but there is ample space outside the property for exercising etc. And we ask that dogs not be left unattended on the property. Sorry, we don't allow cats. 2025 & 2026 RATES: Summer: $520-$580 Jan 19 - May 3. Winter: $480-$520 May 4 - Sep 25. Summer: $520-$580 Sep 26 - 2 May, 2026. Minimum: 2 nights, except Easter (4 nights); Long Weekends (3 nights) and Christmas Peak (7 nights, Friday - Friday from 12 Dec - 16 Jan 2026) PEAK RATES The Peak Rate of $580 per night applies to Long Weekends, Public Holidays and for the Christmas period, 12 Dec 2025 - 18 Jan 2026. Also, Friday and Saturday nights. NOTE.
