The comfortable living room provides a relaxing space to unwind. A washer and dryer are conveniently tucked next to the the kitchen and available for our guests to use. Outdoor Space: The outdoor dining table is perfect for al fresco meals along with the outdoor stairway grants easy access to the creek & fire pit area, adding an element of adventure to your stay.>> The heated floor on the main level adds a cozy touch, making it especially inviting during the colder months.>> Bathrooms are accessible only through the first floor bedrooms. >> The loft area does not have a privacy door.>> There are a few homes located across the creek, however neighbors are rarely seen.HOUSE RULES -1. For your safety, the property is equipped with two exterior cameras, one monitoring the driveway and the other covering the entrance door.2. This property is not pet-friendly. If unauthorized pets are found on the premises, we will require their immediate removal and impose a non-refundable fee of $400. This may also result in the termination of your stay.3. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. If any evidence of smoking is discovered, the guest agrees to a charge of $200 per day.4. The maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
