Plaza Inn

We spent the night chasing cockroaches instead of sleeping. That's what was so terrible about our stay. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but had to leave because of cockroaches. So instead of taking our time the next day, we emptied the room and looked for another accomodation.

The door closed and locked but had no seal on it so you could hear heavy traffic outside at all times as if there wasn’t a door there at all. Actually wound up taking all the pillows and blankets and making a bed in the bathroom because I couldn’t sleep and it was quieter in there. Mysterious stains everywhere, cigarette burns on the blankets, a smashed fly on the wall very obviously in plain view I guess no one could be bothered to clean up. Handles on drawers missing or hanging off. Sketchy people hanging around outside at all hours. Bugs. Absurdly loud microwave. I could go on but you get the gist. Truly a dismal place that is not worth paying for, you’re better off sleeping in the car.

It was dirty. It smelled like cigarette smoke despite no smoking rooms. The phone didn't work. The shower was dirty too.

Well you get what you pay for i guess. location is right next to free way so you constantly hear traffic. walls are super thin to hear everything you neighbor is watching or when they open and close doors. in the middle of the night i heard a bunch of men yelling that they where going to kick my door in. They believed i was someone else that had there *****.

Pros: convenient location. Clean. Pleasant staff. Some parts of the room updated. Cons: Old building. Mix of old furnishings and new. Busy noisy road.

Absolutely disgusting. This Inn should be $35.99 a night at best. There was gum stuck to the wall, hairs in the shower, the sheets seemed like they were a disposable material, the walls were cracked and breaking everywhere, and the toilet paper holder had some foreign substance around it. The room smelled like someone had smoked in it and there was even a little burn hole in the mattress pad (which we discovered when we felt the need to check for bed bugs). We only actually stayed here because it was more of a nape than a full night's rest and it was too late to try and find something else. It is absolutely worth it to pay more to stay somewhere else.

We stayed at this property for 1 night, which was 1 night to many. We came to Massachusetts because my mother was having heart surgery and we needed to be here for that. If we had only read the ratings and reviews before securing the room we probably would not have stayed. When you first see the office theres a bold sign posted absolutely no refunds.that was the first red flag. I go in to pay and Im told "oh by the way theres a $50 fee that will be refunded when you check out". Ok great whatever, then we go to our room and nitice the cigarette and trash all around the premise against the curb/walkway. But it was the smell when opening the door to the room that quickly made us look at each other on that dumbfounded look on our faces of ",fk'n really"? The chairs in the room had that feel of ",you dont wanna sit here". I pulled the dull looking pillowcase offvand there were 2 faded but distinct blood rings or drool spots. Bathroom toilet paper was down to a 1/2 roll and there were nasty burn narks or something on the tubs edge and the tub floor didn't look inviting. We literally stayed dressed avoided the shower and slept intermittently on beds edges. We checked out at 930 and was refunded the $50 but theres no concerns from the management here ti take care of the property show a little respect and you should be proud if your business. But you my friend shoukd be ashamed if yourself. room we would hacestayed here. First thingyou notice

The room was clean, but for the basic room it was with very worn furniture, the room was a bit overpriced.
