The front desk employee which we then found out was a supervisor was rude and the only one that treated us different. On Saturday there were problems with the TV/Cable and we were not notified about pool lessons which meant the pool was going to be closed. Only good thing about the whole place was the warm water of the pool and the water pressure of the shower
