My time here was awesome! I had a great experience! The staff were amazing, they were super sweet! And the room was very clean.

We requested a second floor room and it was very nice and mostly clean. Comfy beds. AC worked great, fridge was ice cold. Great breakfast, good hot and cold options. We didn't swim but the pool looked so inviting. Elevator felt sketchy but it worked.

The front desk host was very friendly. The rooms were very clean. But the free breakfast was the best. It was well appointed and delicious!

This motel in Payson is the best in all of Payson. I lived in Payson for 20 years and often return. The front desk staff are the most accommodating and friendly I’ve encountered anywhere.

If you are trying to get away for a weekend to Payson. This place is perfect, they always have a room and it’s quick and easy. Staff is professional and easy going. I will always come here if I travel to payson to escape the heat.

It started off bad.
The first room had bugs and stained sheets.
The front desk swapped me for a much better room-bug and stain free!
It ended very well!

Payson, Arizona, is a small mountain town about 1.5 hours north of Phoenix. The garbage truck came through the property at 4 a.m. for garbage and at 5:30 am for the recycling can. I mean, a small town that can not come later in the day to the few hotels in the area is ridiculous, and if the management at the hotel could not give me a discount for the inconvenience, that deserves a bad rating. The money was more important to them than my future service. They blew it for Best Western, and I will stick with the Hilton brand. Avoid this property if you want a good night's rest.

I always love staying at the Best Western in Payson! All of the staff is always very friendly and they all know me as I've stayed there many times in the past! Bobby runs an excellent hotel and both he and his wife are always very friendly! Stephanie did a wonderful job with arranging my stay. She checked me in very quickly without any issues. Pauline is always very friendly as well and both were happy to see me! I always enjoy the breakfast in the morning!! I've stayed there many times with my Mom and older autistic brother and they always go out of their way to make my mother and brother feel welcome! My brother loves being first at breakfast and first in the pool! I can't wait until I return!!!
