I arrived at the hotel and I didn't have any reservations. I don't know whose mistake it is. I had already paid for the room. I wait for the money to be refunded. I await response from Trip

Recently stayed and had a horrible experience - my room was mouse ridden. I had to throw away my tooth brush as there was mouse poo all over the bathroom sink. I barely slept a wink. Even had a mouse run across my bed. The shower was barely functioning and couldn’t get a good temp. This place needs a good clean up and some money spent on it.

les plus: un personnel agréable, un hôtel bien placé par rapport au centre-ville, un petit déjeuner varié (y compris d'un matin sur l'autre), un jardin et un roof top appréciables. les moins: hôtel vieillissant et qui aurait besoin d'une rénovation : moulures de plafond qui tombent, eau chaude qui ne peut pas arriver dans toutes les chambres en même temps si trop de personnes se douchent en même temps. A noter: certaines chambres ne sont pas accessibles pour les personnes à mobilité réduite (escalier et pas d'ascenseur) ＞ bien le préciser si besoin.
