Very good hotel didn’t get room I paid for but corrected it asap once I mentioned it and after that could not fault them could of had more variation on food but everything else about hotel was great had no issues and would defo go back totally disagree with the bad reviews others are putting example my view from my room was fantastic

This is definitely not a 5-star experience—more like 3, at a push. Hotel isn’t very safe and the front desk staff are extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, and even the manager woman came out shouting and screaming at us echoing in the mostly empty reception hall. (all captured on video). It also might be true that staff don’t like British people. I had read a few negative reviews before arriving but thought some people might be overreacting. I tend to overlook issues others complain about. However, this is one of the occasions where the negative reviews were accurate. Don’t expect to sleep past 6 a.m. due to the loud speakers sounding. Then Around 8 a.m., beer and wine barrels start getting dragged around by hotel staff , adding to the noise. The hotel is right next to the highway, so expect car horns and traffic noise throughout the night and early morning. Kids slushes are not free, despite stating all the hotel all inclusive. No point talking about the food as you can guest what’s it like. ( definitely not even close to 5 star) Multiple stains on bedding! When we asked the front desk please if we could move us to a quieter area of the hotel ( we said we were even willing to pay for a the move or upgrade), they claimed they were too busy to help while chatting to each other in Turkish midway in conversation and messaging on their personal mobiles. They also said the manager wasn’t in the building , despite her appearing immediately once we started recording how we were being treated. She was the worst! She immediately started barking at us before we said anything. We were astonished by her behaviour which is very aggressive and intimidating. Review updated ** I left this review while we were still staying in the hotel, and it went live during our stay. While we were sitting in reception trying to contact love holidays for help. The hotel reception sent the Love Holiday rep man over to us to let know that the staff are angry at us because I left the bad reviews and want us to leave their hotel because of the review. Afterwards we were approached by general manager with a couple of other men demanding we delete the review and leave the hotel now or else in threatening way. ( All of this happened within less 24 hrs staying at the hotel ) Afterward, we began looking at alternative hotels at our own expense, as the atmosphere created by the front desk manager and staff was very intimidating—they gave scalding looks, each time you walk through the reception and Love Holidays are not helpful or responsive at all when we tried contacting them. We decided to visit a nearby hotel, but the Uber app couldn’t locate any taxis due to the hotel’s remote location. So we had no choice but to approach the dreaded front desk since it was the only way to call a taxi. I said, “Hello, can I please book a taxi?” Immediately, I was confronted by seven front desk staff along with manager and general manager who started pointing an

The best spa .I had amazing massages and package treatments including body scrub ,massage and facial .I loved it so much so I have to get more massages.I feel so amazing and therapists both girls were amazing Kadek and Septi these girls need a big bonus from management as they make my holiday much more enjoyable and they were very professional and my body feel amazing after these massages.Thank you so much .

My stay at Xoria Deluxe Hotel was an incredibly disappointing experience. While the food was passable at best, the overall service and cleanliness were shockingly poor. The waiting staff were consistently rude and dismissive, making it clear they had no interest in ensuring guests were taken care of. The housekeeping service was practically non-existent. I didn’t receive clean towels for two days, and even basic essentials like toilet paper were missing. Despite complaining three times, the situation wasn’t resolved promptly. The hotel’s B Block feels entirely forgotten. The lift broke down twice with me inside, and the hotel staff didn’t take the issue seriously. I wasn’t the only one affected—three other guests complained about the same problem. Additionally, dirty plates with leftover food were left on the staircases for extended periods, which was both unsightly and unhygienic. Overall, my stay was frustrating and far below expectations. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Where do I start. The hotel is 5* service. I would rate as 2-3 * Restaurant opening hours 5-10 mins before closing at all meal times staff have already started taking the food away, and lights go out, then your told restaurant closed and you have to leave. Food is repeated, 2 breakfast times, food is leftover for 2nd breakfast, and cold. Some food is very salty. No ice cream in restaurants for kids, only 2-4 at the pool area. Staff are rude, apart from a handful in the whole hotel that we came across. We never ever seen the pool getting cleaned the pool.arean once in 10 days. They offer you upgrades the minute you arrive, which is expensive but you can agree a price Family room for 4 kids 16 and 12 in same room with parents, double bed, single bed and fold down chair bed all next to each other, room is crammed, so no option but to upgrade. Holiday rep for on the beach. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH REP his name os fatty, we were warned he rips customers off, 1 couple we spoke to, paid what they thought was 60 euro for trip 290 euro came out bank, we heard lots and lots of complaints about him, he promises refunds but they don't appear, and also apparently no one turns up to take you on the trip. TOURALANYA 5* for trips. Beach is stoney and not actually a beach. Be prepared to put towels at the pool for sunbed from 6am. No kettles in rooms, never experienced hotel services in our lives like this, it's such a shame as the hotel is beautiful. Within 10 mins walk there is lots of restaurants bars and shops, 20 mins walk more shops etc. Irish pub as they all will, they will pick you up and drop you back to the hotel. They, along with other restaurants, have lots of pickups for people preferring to eat out of the hotel. Rep told us there was nothing outside the hotel, just 1 more hotel. All lies, don't take our word for it, read other reviews. Our door handle came off in the room it was reported numerous times and never fixed. Eventually, my husband took the handle down to reception. There was no log of any reports. He was told the best time is after 4 pm to report anything. Bar staff were rude inside the hotel. No one ever smiles or acknowledges you. Most of the reception staff were nice,the lifeguard at the quiet pool is nice. Tv has no English channels apart from the news channel. We went as a family and made the holiday good, but if you want a beach holiday, this is not the hotel to go to.

I have read the reviews just right before holiday should start and i was full of concerns due to some recent negative reviews. I can say this was one of the best holidays we had in long time! Room massive and clean. All staff very helpful maybe not everyone speak english however they were trying their best to help you .. however those 10 days were amazing mainly due to the animation team! They are absolutely amazing! They kept our kids busy all day long! Made them feel important and like day cannot go without them! All pool games and evening entertaining were draining them out of life 😂 they were falling asleep as soon as they felt the pillow! We saw our kids at the breakfast time and late dinner other than that they were either with Anastisia or Antonio! Those two are absolutely amazing!
