We had prejudiced ourselves against them based on previous reviews. However, we found the reviews to be exaggerated. We were especially pleased with the staff. The pools are very nice. It's rare to find a conservative hotel, and it's great that it's a family hotel. The kids had a great time. There are many activities like water gymnastics and a women's matinee in the women's pool. The "Kopuk" party was also fun. We had a very enjoyable and fun holiday. We thank the animation team for their attentiveness. Their friendly conversation and smiles every day make us happy. I also thank Lina, the animation team, for her attentiveness. We had a wonderful time together with her endless energy.

Don't go there at all and don't lend your money to these scammers. They ripped us off on vacation and haven't refunded our money. We're currently in the legal process. This hotel isn't worth visiting anyway. It's on the verge of bankruptcy. The owners are complete fraudsters.

Very bad hotel, zero organization, very, very bad cleanliness, they just played around with the guests and then there's more. I can't find the words to write, everyone blamed someone else and in the end no one showed up. For example: no bath towel, not cleaned, poor hygiene, garbage bag not changed, wardrobe couldn't be opened, and when opened, couldn't be closed. When I complained, the blame was put on the tradesman. Why open a hotel when so many things aren't right (first prepare the hotel, check everything, then open it, but don't get tradesmen to come during the season)? The police even sealed the entrance doors. When the police left, we opened the seals again. See photo!!! All I'm saying is this (IF IT'S FREE FOR A MONTH, I'M NOT GOING TO GO).

We checked in on August 3rd and checked out on August 27th. The hotel is nothing like it appears on the website. The food is terrible. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The pool is very small. It's impossible to find a spot on the sun loungers. The elevators are problematic. The dining area is small, and it's very difficult to find a spot. The beach is rocky. None of the other guests we spoke to during our stay were satisfied.

Let me explain it to you like this: the hotel was taken over 1 month ago. when you talk to the staff, there are no staff who have worked more than 1 month, they are all new. and there are more consultants than service staff who supposedly care about your opinions and say they will increase the service quality for the new season and you think they get feedback from you, they promise this too, but at the end of the day, you see that they say we would like to have you meet with our manager and their manager says I can book you a holiday for this price next year. in other words, there are more marketing staff under the name of consultants than service staff. they are trying to collect next year's money from this year. they are very bad in terms of cleaning, the food is a complete disgrace. chicken and similar dishes are served every day. the dining area is incredibly hot, the restaurant is very small, you have to wait in line for 15-20 minutes to get a meal, it is very crowded, sometimes you cannot find a place to sit. I am not talking about the elevators because they are very inadequate, so I went up and down the 6th floor, thank God I did a lot of sports :) I saw one good comment, there is a picture of the pool, I can say this about it. I counted 254 people in the pool and its surroundings :) That is, you swim in the pool with at least 70-80 people and I saw someone (male) swimming in sweatpants and a t-shirt :) They say next year will be perfect but this year they couldn't even do very simple things for example there was no hot water for 1 day, the water was cut off all the time. Don't touch the refrigerators, their windows are incredibly dirty. If you want cola, le cola is right there :) I'm not talking about the beach, public beaches are more legendary. There's garbage everywhere and no attendant. Everywhere is moldy and rusty. There is so much to tell that words are inadequate. That's all from me. People go on vacation to relax and get stressed, they say let's finish as soon as possible and go home. Hostels or teacher's houses are more perfect than this, rest assured. In short, the prices are reasonable, but it might be more reasonable to choose a place where you won't suffer disgrace and can have a stress-free holiday. Note: The only positive point is that the air conditioners in the rooms work legendary.
