The trip was gift for my daughters birthday,
Once getting into the room, I killed four bugs in the bathroom.
I left and was called back to the room because more bugs were
Found.bugs and more bugs,the receptionist was kind and considerate but she had no other room we could get. We had to make other accommodations at my experience.
BW refused to offer refund. Highly pissed and I will not stay there again.

quick, courteous, efficient check-in. Comfortable and spacious room. Good bed for a good night's rest. nice bathroom. Near good restaurants (Habaneros Mexican within walking distance). so-so breakfast.

Overall pretty good for the money, recent upgrades on the bed sheets and covers, bathrooms are well used but usually clean, carpets are worn and stained and could definitely use an upgrade, but overall decent. Staff has always been very professional and helpful.

Staff was good. Power was lost due to storm causing a delay checking in and loss of TV service through the night. Lady in charge of breakfast was great.

The room smelled terrible from cigarettes and when we asked the front desk the only thing offered was to spray with Lysol which did nothing. The outlet for the coffee maker had to be manipulated with a piece of cardboard, the lighting in the bathroom was terrible, each time we left the key cards stopped working.

Police banging on door middle of night. Hotel needs an update. Dark bathroom. Super skimpy towels. Just one switch for Light and fan. Fan very loud. Toilet didn’t flush one day.
Comfy bed. Very clean shower. Air conditioner worked very well.
