是一幢老別墅改造的、設施陳舊；但是佈置的很別緻。老闆很熱情、房間收拾的乾淨整潔。唯一一點缺點就是、雖然晚上開了空調，還是有點冷；希望以後有所改進

Il B&B si trova vicino al Policlinico e non distante dalla stazione di Pavia, in zona ci sono tutti i servizi essenziali e la fermata del bus è molto vicina.
La camera dove io e mio padre abbiamo soggiornato era in verità una suite (soggiorno, camera e bagno privato), spaziosa e pulita, con clima, Wi-Fi, frigo ecc.; in generale accessoriata.
Nel grande bagno, c’era addirittura la doccia Jacuzzi!
Il personale presente in struttura è stato cordiale e disponibile.

Finding this gem was a highlight of my holiday in Italy. Dear Lara my host, was so personable, friendly and informative. Her good company was charming. Her recommendations were all top notch! I was so fortunate to hear some history about the house and its original occupants, which I found fascinating and uplifting. My apartment was a delight. Spacious, beautiful and spotless, it was a home away from home. In a quiet neighbourhood so not much traffic at all. I had the best sleeps there. The breakfast was generous and delicious. The ambience in Villa Marisa was calm and welcoming. I truly did not want to leave. Lara's suggestion for dinner at nearby Nuova Panarea was inspiring. I returned each night I stayed at Villa Marisa. Nuova Panarea is a 10 minute walk away. Lara kindly arranged for transport to the railway station upon my departure. This was the icing on the cake for me! Her kindness and genuine care was so heartwarming. I know I will return..

La struttura si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione e 1,5km dal centro. Potenzialmente potrebbe essere un buon B&B ma purtroppo molte cose sono deludenti. La pulizia e' da rivedere, la stanza è molto grande ma andrebbe ritinteggiata (muri ombrati e macchie di insetti spiaccicati ). Bagno con doccia vecchia , tappetino instabile con il quale si richia anche di cadere. Colazione pessima, prodotti dozzinali, poco assortimento (4 fette di affettato, qualche frutto , 2 cornetti e qualche barattolo di creme/nutella) finito. Peccato per la gestione perche' potrebbe dare molto , ma 110 euro sono tantini per quello che offre

Molto bella la location e il personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Molto spaziosa con camera soggiorno e terrazza esterna oltre al bagno . Camera molto tranquilla e calda e possibilità di scegliere numerosi programmi TV. Colazione ottima

Ho soggiornato 4 notti in questo BB di Pavia. Il prezzo per un quadrupla era accettabile con camera spaziosa. La pulizia della camera lasciava molto a desiderare, bagno sporchetto , letti fatti senza sbattere le lenzuola, polvere, tavolo della stanza non pulito. il cambio asciugamani viene fatto ogni 3 gg, anche se lasciavo a terra asciugamani sporchi , usati x 3 bambini, non li cambiavano assolutamente. Personale molto scortese, al nostro "buongiorno" non corrispondeva mai una risposta. Non so se questa scortesia è riservata solo a noi del sud Italia. La colazione era prevista dalle 7,30 alle 10 , ma esigevano sapere esattamente l'orario in cui avremmo fatto colazione; come se in vacanza si possa prevedere esattamente l'orario. Lo sconsiglio, personalmente non tornerò mai più . Preferisco pagare qualche euro in più ma ricevere un trattamento dignitoso

Una vera sorpresa questo B&B nel cuore di Pavia a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Una struttura dotata di ogni comfort con camere belle, ampie e pulite. Personale gentile e alla mano. Prezzo ottimo. Tornerò sicuramente

Molto carina questa villetta nel Pavese, vicino alla zona universitaria (scientifica), possibilità di posteggio. Personale super gentile, ottima cura e pulizia della stanza e del bagno. Colazione abbondante. Camere ampie e silenziose. Consiglio
