Stayed in Hotel Hill Castle .....excellent hospitality, staff were cooperative,good food,worth visiting. Naveen at reception was cordial trying to meet all demands , humble and responsive.Location is too good with a piece of land for bonfire .The hotel surrounded by mountains in the pine cedar forest is a tourist junction itself. Would like to go again.

We had a Great Stay at this Resort. It is situated between Greenery of Neelkanth Mountains and the 360 degree view from this Resort is Incredible. Rooms were very Comfortable and Secure with a Stunning View of the Mountains. Don’t miss the Sunrise if you are visiting. The Food served in their Restaurant is so Delicious. I also found the Staff very Helpful. Do not forget to visit Neelkanth Mahadev Mandir, it is just 2 Kms from this Resort.

It was an awesome holiday managed by mr rajendra from reaching to resort to smooth check in. Every-time whenever you request something they do the best to make the required item available, delicious food- order anything and you won't be regretting, great location and variety views from the resort and just beside the corbett park, services provided were so good that if you need anything they are just a call away. Saurab who served us during the stay did a great job and took notice of things from water to everything that we are not short of it. Really felt so great for being there for 2 days. The walk around the resort by mr. Rajendra and gave us his whole of time to explore, sunset and sunrise points at the top hill. All in all it was a wonderful stay. Special thanks to mr. Rajendra and saurabh for the great hospitality which i think is being missed mostly. Really looking forward to visit again. Thanks a lot for making the trip a memorable one.

Recently visited Rishikesh for a destination wedding and had an excellent stay at Nishantam Resort. The marriage functions were very well organised throughout. The surreal location of the resort and the services were fantastic. Everything and every need was properly taken care of. In spite of hectic marriage functions, the staff faced everything with a smile. From reception to the restaurant to the bell boys to porter - everyone was at his best. An exceptional hospitality. The reception specially was always caring and welcoming. The rooms are well kept and comfortable. There are certain things that could enhance the overall functioning of the resort: 1. the parking is at a good distance from the resort and has few other resorts on the wayside on your walk from the resort to the parking. The whole path requires cleaning and improvement. If all the resorts could get together and upgrade this common path, it would be great. 2. Once, the path is slightly broadened a battery operated golf cart or an e-rikshaw or E-trolley sort of thing can be applied by these resorts for ferrying luggage or guests from the parking to the resorts. This would make life much easier for the staff as well as the guests. 3. A car wash is missing at the parking. If a collective effort be made of recruiting or outsourcing car wash to someone who can display his contact number and charges at the resort receptions or at the parking where the guests can request for a paid car wash, it could earn someone a good living and the guests could have the luxury of getting clean cars when they plan to depart. I am sure there would be a lot of people who wouldn’t mind paying for it. Please ponder over these points and expedite. It would only help you raise your comfort status. But even as of now - we had a lovely time. Thanks for making our function - an occasion.
