It is a fake hotel
When you make a mistake to push on the wrong button instead off booking for Devine resort Kampala I came at booking site at Devine in India the hotel refused pay me back

This is a lovely hotel right on the side of the River Ganges. Lovely pool and facilities, nice rooms, great views and really friendly staff.

Over priced Lesser ameneties than what as described Unprofessional and inexperienced staff Bathrooms are stinking with old bathroom faucets, tiles are torn , bathtub are old , no shower curtain or panel and found full of mosquitoes, find red ants etc. internet signals are there but not working as no speed at all. Staff totally inexperienced and well rude with flat no answers, Big Room prices are between US$ 350. ~450 US$ + 18% GST on it. Very bad experience of inclusive high tea. We booked 4 rooms for 2 nights between 6 to 8 November 2025 on a local friend’s recommendation but remorse.

Great hotel right next to Ganga river and gorgeous views. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Big, clean rooms and safe area to walk around as a female solo traveler. Friendly staff.

Our stay at Divine Resort & Spa was truly memorable. The food was absolutely delicious with so many varieties to choose from. The ambiance of the hotel is just ultimate — peaceful, elegant, and perfectly maintained. The view from our room was breathtaking — overlooking the majestic mountains, the serene Ganga River, and the iconic Jhula. It’s the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rishikesh — full on enjoyment and divine experience! 🌿✨

Whenever Rishikesh comes in my mind, Divine Resort comes in my mind. Excellent view n location. You can feel the real beach experience only in this resort. Delicious food. Good services. Cooperative staff. The only thing need to be improved is reservation i.e. Should be clear communication between Delhi reservation office and resort staff. Otherwise always wonderful experience.
