We weren’t sure what to expect for our first ever stay in Pau. After a long day of driving we were delighted to have made a reservation at Hotel Parc Beaumont. Fantastic accommodation, wonderful restaurant for breakfast, afternoon beverages, or casual or more formal dining. Beautiful views of the park and Pyrenees mountains. Well decorated interior. Professional and friendly staff. Attention to details in every aspect of what every hotel should offer for its guests. Within walking distance of nice shops and cafes.

Wanted a cheap and cheerful place to sleep while attending Les Etoiles de Pau 5star event. About 5 mins drive from event, good car park at hotel. Very friendly service from the man on the desk who found us 2 extra pillows and another blanket while we were out having dinner. Reasonable restaurant within 500 yards which was a godsend at the end of busy days. Room was small but clean and had a brilliant shower. Free wi fi, big plus. All in all good value for money and an efficient pleasant experience.

There is ample car parking space right in front of the hotel which is not far from the motorway. We were made welcome and the all the staff we met were accommodating and helpful. Although our room was smaller than expected it was clean and attractive and to compensate for size had a large TV screen. There was no writing table, but the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and bright. It is a peaceful location. There is an attractive swimming pool, but we did not use it. Dinner in the restaurant was extremely good, the food excellent and we enjoyed our stay. Dogs were allowed in the restaurant which might not please everyone. The hotel is well placed to visit Pau which is only ten minutes away by car.

Just away far enough from the city centre. Admittedly in a commercial zone, all access to city, shopping, sightseeing is easy. We travelled with children, great facilities and small park. As outstanding feature the pool, very welcome this hot summer. Very friendly and helpful staff

The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre and is located in the heart of the city centre. It was cold out, rain and 18 degrees. I couldn't choose heat. I was regulated at 21 degrees, if you were up to 25, it stopped, but at once it was turned on 21 again. Beautiful environment, good geographical location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, service staff are very enthusiastic, facilities are very humane, high-speed network signal is good, the view outside the window is good. The design of the room's small pendulum is also very distinctive. Next time, check in.

GGuest User+: This hotel is very beautiful, very large room with small table outside in a quiet and restful environment. Great and comfortable bed, very clean. Spa all new excellent. Beauty/hygiene accessories provided.
- : At the reception, the receptionist's familiar language ”wait, I call Lolo!”. Forget room clothes for the spa, no excuses from the reception. Do not warn that the hammam is in trouble. No indications for our arrival to move to this great hotel or even empty the car, Always required to go to the reception to have basic information.

GGuest UserArrived here n pouring rain and found reception closed as re building. Went to their sister newer hotel next door and found I had to book in there. No restaurant open so had to go to Burger King across the road for dinner but managed to book breakfast in the newest hotel. Room had no electricity so got soaked goi no to inform the person who booked us in she came over and confirmed that power was not working ( didn’t believe me). I Found the fuse box and breaker reset so we had power, however out heating was non existent so room cold and had to leave the water running for 8 minutes to get it warm enough to have a shower. It appears that we are the only ones in our block so cannot understand why we could not have a ground floor room, it didn’t help My angina climbing stairs in freezing rain. Overall a bad stay which is unusual as we have stayed here before this year in January and even with covid regs had a lovely stay. Heating been on three hours and still room is freezing.
