Je suis mi-figue, mi-raisin sur cet hôtel. J'ai pu m'y rendre plusieurs fois pour le compte de ma société et je vais régulièrement dans des campanile, parfois j'ai eu une chambre impeccablement propre, parfois non. Le personnel reste charmant, souriant et arrangeant. Petit-déjeuner OK. L'emplacement n'est pas terrible. Contrairement à d'autres hôtel Campanile, son côté "neuf" est très, très appréciable.

Ongeloofelijk ongeïnteresseerde check in door "dame" aan de balie die nauwelijks opkeek bij het inchecken en eerder wat murmelde dan sprak. Het was 32° en ze weigerde om het proviand van onze quasi ontdooide koelbox te bewaren in hun frigo wat in andere Campaniles en alle andere hotels door de jaren heen steeds probleemloos gebeurde. Klantvriendelijkheid below zero dus. Kamers wel heel mooi en modern gerenoveerd. Meteen ook het enige pluspunt van ons verblijf. Geen avondrestaurant (dat wisten we op voorhand) en een schraal ontbijt. Service bij ontbijt wederom nors en absoluut niet vriendelijk. Het personeel mag dringend een voorbeeld nemen aan hun collega's van Campanile Saumur die bewijzen dat het echt wel heel anders kan. Campanile Pau ziet ons in ieder geval nooit meer terug ondanks hun superieure kamers.

Accès aux chambres impossible, salle de bain inadaptée, pas de poignées de maintien, les personnes à l'accueil ne connaissent pas les équipements des chambres, porte d'entrée à la chambre reduire, lit très bas, pas de passage suffisant pour le fauteuil, accueil très moyen, voire désagréable..Il était 19h et il a fallu rapidement trouver une chambre! La Directrice a accepté de nous rembourser, mais s'il vous plaît, arrêtez de louer cette chambre pour les handicapés ! Tout est peut être refait mais mal! Essayez de vous mettre à la place d'une personne en fauteuil et vous vous rendrez compte d'une telle foutaise !
