• Nettoyage inexistant. • La porte que c'est un miroir de la salle de bain est cassé. • Meubles en très mauvais état, notamment dans la salle de bain. • Toilettes super inconfortables pour répondre aux besoins physiologiques de base. • Le dimanche, le lit n'était pas fait, sans aucun service. • Au-dessus du placard, il y avait une toile d'araignée, dont une araignée. • Nous n'avions que des serviettes de bain. • De 19h30 à 20h30 au coucher du soleil, l'hôtel dégoulinait d'eau. • L'accès à l'hôtel, une catastrophe. • Ascenseur, très sale et claustrophobe. • Les escaliers menant aux chambres étaient sales à cause du sol.

A delicious, good value lunch in a nice, quiet spot. We both had the menu du jour but chose different options. My sole wrapped in Parma ham was delicious and my husband enjoyed his bavette and frites. Our waiter was helpful, friendly and had a great sense of humour. We will definitely return when we’re next in Pau.

Pour une nuit pause avant notre retour chez nous et après avoir bien crapahuté dans les Pyrénées. Chambre simple, propre avec sdb correcte avec douche. Ascenseur pour accéder au étages et ça c'est bien quand tu es chargé et que ta chambre est au 5ème.

Cet établissement n'est pas un hôtel, ce sont des chambres mises en location par le biais de plateforme de réservation. Il est affiché sur la porte "meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles", néanmoins, une fois de plus, l'information est mensongère puisque l'entièreté des chambres n'a pas été classé ! Seulement 1 chambre à été classé 3 étoiles, apparemment pas celle que j'ai occupé. La propreté laisse considérablement à désirer ! Néanmoins le personnel du restaurant (qui gère aussi les locations de chambre) est agréable.
