This hotel have an excellent location (500m from Halles, 800m from center and 1200m from the railway station). Parking in the courtyard is a plus. The welcome was pleasant, and the room and bathroom were spacious. The decoration could be modernised (a matter of taste), but this in no way detracts from the service. I would come back again.

Very quiet and well-located hotel. The rooms are spread throughout a large historic villa, but the comfort is there. The room and bathroom are spacious. The breakfast is decent. I was just surprised by the paid parking within the property.

The welcome was correct. The location: very good. The entrance and the building from the outside were very pretty and clean. Quiet hotel. Bedding ok. Clean room. Breakfast: OK but not to die for either. Parking: 10 EUROS PER DAY even though I called to find out if there was a parking space and the person was careful not to tell me that it was paid. The room; very mediocre. Very small but good.... No wardrobe but hangers hanging from a peg. No headboard. No large mirror to see yourself in full. Dark bathroom. Very narrow shower in which you can't move. A small step to enter the bathroom with a protruding tile, almost dangerous. In short, very average and nothing to do with the rooms you see on the website. I had booked for 3 nights but my meeting on the 3rd day was canceled. I told the reception but they told me that it was paid for so... no refund. I will not return. I must have gotten the wrong room....

I had to cancel my stay 48 hours in advance and my payment was not refunded even partially. Worse still, and despite a reminder via the booking agency and an email, this establishment did not deign to respond to me, which would have been the least polite thing to do. I do not recommend this establishment which has no consideration for its customers.

Service impeccable et petit déjeuner copieux. Cet hôtel est ravissant et très bien placé en plein centre ville. Le gérant est agréable, serviable et toujours prêt à rendre service. La proximité du marché couvert et de tous les commerces est vraiment appréciable. La literie des chambres est très confortable.

Personnel aux petits soins, chambre très correcte, spacieuse, bon petit déj et tout ça bien au calme, à deux pas du centre ville. Bref, à faire pour un séjour du côté de Pau, on y reviendra, c'est sûr !

Très jolie villa le style a su être gardé, l'emplacement parfait en centre ville . Pour la chambre confort la literie est bonne, la salle de bain correcte sauf la baignoire bien rayée mais le lavabo et l'ensemble était très propre. La climatisation fonctionnelle. Seul bémol pour un 3etoile le petit déjeuner....mini viennoiseries pas assez cuite et des yaourts lidl et des gâteaux pour enfants ( Madeleine, belvita et gâteau marbré industriel) je pense que la région des Pyrénées Atlantiques a de bons produits régionaux a proposé au petit déjeuner et les boulangeries ne manque pas ....
