Hôtel à priori agréable et bien situé. Néanmoins le manque de professionnalisme et de respect du réceptionniste Stéphane, qui en plus de ne pas vouloir répondre à une simple demande clients, à savoir un simple problème de télévision, se permet le lendemain d'envoyer un message sur mon portable avec ces termes: Copié-collé du message : Jsuis suis bien content de t'avoir laissé galèrer 😂😂😂 envoi le bonjour à booking 👋👋👋 Alors Mr Molin, puisque cet hôtel vous appartient, qu'en pensez-vous ? J'imagine que ce n'est pas comme çà que vous souhaiteriez être reçu lors de vos déplacements non? Affligeant, et je suis du métier! Du coup une vraie déception, alors que j'y avais déjà séjourné 2 nuits sans accroc. Je déconseille donc fortement et recommande à ce jeune réceptionniste, soit de changer de métier, soit de faire une formation incluant politesse, respect, et éventuellement orthographe !

Nous sommes vraiment choqués du manque de qualité de la chambre. Alors oui ce n'est pas un resort mais nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude à partir de 18h le 2ème jour (séjour de 2 nuits), le sol de notre chambre était sale (présence d'une poussière grise le long des murs) et il faisait froid : notre petit à maintenant la grippe et cela y a au minimum participté. Mis à part l'emplacement dans l'hyper centre, je n'ai rien de positif à dire sur cet établissement
