In general the hotel is good, in terms of the room; They didn't have hot water, in the end they had to change our room because of that inconvenience. Regarding the restaurant and food service, well, it's just that the waiters do not tell you what is and what is not included in the buffet or the normal breakfast. In the end you realize that they charge you more due to this lack of communication. .

Everything is great, location, safety, restaurant, staff. The only thing that we had an issue was with some noise but I think is due to the doors and windows being original and have very little sound proof. 100% would stay here again.

Ok. But wouldn't stay there again.
Staff super friendly. And the place very nice. Saturday nite, i had a friend visiting and they didn't wanted to let us use the bar, bacause they had a something going on at the restaurant. I talked to the manager and she finally let us in, but i had to insisted.
Matress was extremely uncomfortable, making it hard to rest. And in one occasion, i had to call 3 times for towels and waited over an hr.

I called and asked to see if their pool was up and running because it was 7 of us traveling and was told the pool was up and running. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy it because it was dirty and was halfway empty. It was disappointing to not be able to relax at the end of the day by the pool. Other than that the rooms were clean and staff was nice.

Not enough parking
Tiny car park next to the main building which was full, we arrived on a rainy day, they asked us to park at a lot accross a very busy road, had to walk in the rain and they didn't even offer to carry our bags or offered an umbrella!
