A noite a iluminação da área externa é péssima, com predominância de luzes verdes que muito incomodam. Sexta-feira dia da chegada, dia 18/8 a comida do jantar estava fria, arroz duro, grão de bico duro e carnes sem gosto. Já no sábado tudo bem melhor. Internet nem pensar. Só na recepção. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos.

Lugar lindo! Muita área verde, 5 refeições por dia! Bom... Porém, deixa a desejar na administração. Falta: sinal de Internet em quase todo hotel, não tem como se comunicar, frigobar vazio, apto difícil acesso para idosos, ninguém para ajudar nas malas, falta sinalização em toda área da fazenda...

Precisa melhorar. Nenhuma atividade é realizada dentro do horário programado, ficamos sem controle da TV, quando chegou os canais não pegavam. Precisam melhorar a alimentação, bem como a recreação. Hotel é lindo, bem conservado, funcionários agradáveis. Não voltaria.

Bom atendimento por parte dos funcionários. Local limpo e agradável. Um ponto que incomodou muito foi que apesar do passeio ter sido para descansar, não podemos ter contato com o mundo exterior por falta de internet na fazenda. Nem sinal de celular. É muito estranho em todo entorno da fazenda não pegar sinal de nenhuma operadora. Parece até que é de propósito. Apesar da comida ser razoável, as sobremesas são extremamente fakes.

Lugar lindo, com muita natureza, muita história mas muito desorganizado. Horários das refeições NUNCA foi respeitado, durante nossa estada, pelos funcionários, sempre com muito atraso. Área Kids precisa de reforma urgente. Não voltaria a me hospedar lá.
