Like so many places, service is suffering slightly due to "short staffed". Gorgeous property with recently renovated spaces, both public and private guest rooms. Rooms are large and well equipped. Our fridge was running a bit less cool than one might hope for. We enjoyed snacks and a drink by the fire pit overlooking green space and the golf course

Location to Beaver stadium is great. The hotel is an average Hotel for the area. The best part of the trip was sitting out by the fire pit.

This was our first time staying at Carnegie House, during the Kent State game. Everything about the property is top-notch and gorgeous. Room, furnishings, bathroom, public spaces. We did not have time to enjoy the bar and dining areas, but they looked cozy and beautiful. The room had every amenity, including a complimentary bag of chocolate-covered pretzels and gourmet chocolate chip cookies. Highly recommend!

We can only recommend this hotel. The decoration is wonderful, the rooms are spacious and super clean and well maintained. The beds are comfy, the staff friendly, the food for dinner and for breakfast is delicious!

I was very impressed by the hotel, staff, and restaurant. Everything posted on the hotel’s site is what you will see when you arrive. The pictures are not touched up, they are true to the experience that you will have.

We loved every minute! The Staff was amazing, the food was delicious and the facility was overall fantastic. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and were extremely disappointed when we had to leave. Can't wait to be back for another stay.
