Nice rooms with extremely comfortable beds Amazing Stay 🤩 and super wow. The room small but comfortable and very clean. I briefly stayed at this hotel after a nip and tuck and I have to say the beds are extremely comfortable and the hotel is very clean. I was hesitant to stay here because it’s a 3 star but it should definitely be at least a 4 star for cleanliness and comfort. I would stay here again.

It is surprising gem in discovered in Pattaya. Awesomely well themed in Cuban pop culture in great taste. Clean and cosy. Room is very well sized and furnitured, and what a great bathroom. Perfect 10. Just the bed slightly hard....

Having booked a room with a double bed we got a room with 2 singles pushed together. This fell apart during the night. I went to reception in the morning and said this. The guy on reception sighed , didn’t look up , and said ‘ what …… do ……. You ….. want ….. me …… to ……. Do’ as apparently asking for the room I have booked and paid for is unacceptable. I asked him to fix it and he repeated his slowly worded reply. I asked for his manager and a lady came out. She explained ibis intentionally over book double rooms and that my room was a twin room. I thought we agreed a mattress change to a double mattress, but apparently that was miscommunication ( after another sleep ruined when the bed falls apart ). She explained the following day that the staff put a topper on it , they hadn’t they had put a slightly thicker sheet on it. I’m not angry at her , our conversation got off on the wrong foot due to the ignorance of the first staff member who really needs to either be retrained or removed from a customer facing role.

Been here many time, however recently there's been a change in polcies. (1) Check-in deposit no longer possible via credit card and can be made via cash only at THB 2,000 and guest had to retain the receipt for check-out to get refund. This is so old style like in the 80s??? It is 2023 already!!! (2) If you order food delivery, the hotel no longer allow delievery person to leave the food at lobby and indicate room number. So YOU would have to go down immediately to collect the food regardless whether you are convenient or not e.g you may be in the shower etc.. !!!! Multiple orders would be worse, you cannot stack deliveries at lobby to collect at once but you have to come down each time a delivery has reached the hotel. Other than above 2, everything else is okay. Nice swimming pool!

The location is great, there is a big shopping mall right opposite to the hotel, and lots of massage places around . The swimming pool is nice , but a little small. The water park is good for my kids age 5 and 7, the water slides just right for this age, so my kids had lots of fun . I stayed in a two bedroom , it was good except the two single beds I are smaller than usual. Anyway, i probably will come to stay again if I go to Pattaya.

I've stayed at Oakwood many times, recently I stayed an entire month. This hotel is probably in the best location in all of Pattaya, right in the center a short walk to the beach and not too far from Walking Street. My experience was definitely highlighted by the very professional and friendly staff and management. I knew everybody within the first week, the cleaning staff, the cooks, the front desk, the extremely positive manager. During my 30 day stay I was able to get a nice tan at the rooftop pool, exercise in their gym with weightlifting/treadmills, watch many different international TV channels, free wi-fi that always worked, free coffee/tea in room, free bottle water, along with the breakfast in a package deal. Overall I had a great experience!

Stayed here for 2 nights based on reviews and seems like i missed some other reviews which highlighted the exact issues i faced. A very dated hotel and a kind that i havent seen anywhere in Asian especially with a 4 star rating. Had booked a corner suite which was quite small. The highlight of the room was the bathroom which felt more dated than anything else in the property. The shower area - the tiniest possible with a shower that throws out intermittent hot water. The property has a restaurant which shuts early and the bar at 10. Needed 2 ice cubes and was told to buy it from 7/11! Yes that is Accor hospitality for you. The front desk folks did not help with any direction or tips for local intelligence as asked and kept directing us to the concierge who was equally lost. Breakfast was very very average. I forgot to click a pic of the omelette and the way it was cooked. Even the street side vendors cook more good looking and better tasting ones. The coffee in an Accor property is expected to be good if not great. Again a disappointment. The lift’s keep door open button doesnt work. There is nothing to do in the hotel apart from the swimming pool. Location of the property aint bad. Was accessible by foot to quite a few places including the beach. This could be the only area where i could give it some brownie points. I have been staying at different Accor properties around the world and this was not only the worst property in the group that I experienced, but probably the worst property i stayed at ever, amongst any hotel chains worldwide.

A nice clean hotel in a nice location far enough away from the madness of Pattaya, but not too far away. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and only a 5 minute walk to the beach
