Great new hotel. Just sad that they misplaced my luggage. I checked in and didn’t get to my room telling them to bring my luggage up while I go out and came back at 2am to not see my luggage in my room. Night staff couldn’t do anything much about it. Overall really good hotel but staff need to look at the bag tag carefully not to misplaced it otherwise customer like myself has to sleep with face full of makeup and nothing else to wear. It’s crazy. Almost ruined my whole vibe. I only get my luggage back at 12:35pm the next day it was in my friends room and they didn’t get back to the hotel because they were in strip club… sad

This hotel is one of my all-time favorites. It offers great value for the price, the staff is very friendly, the pool and hotel atmosphere are relaxing, and the location to the beach is very close. If you’re lucky, you get a great view. If not, it’s still not too bad. The rooms are bright, and the beds are comfortable. There is no wardrobe, but not everyone needs that.

Overall you get what you pay for,the hotel in bang in the middle off a busy main street and plenty go on day and night. Staff very helpful and friendly, room service in the morning did a fantastic job. I stayed in Room 604 it was very noise at night and music finished at 3am,this is not down to the hotel,just the busy night life in the area. Can always ask for a different room. The bed was clean, but it was not cleaned. There was a note to clean it when renewing the room, but they did not clean it during the stay. The bathroom was very dirty at night, and the sink was very high, which made it inconvenient to wash face and brush teeth. Only one water heater in the bathroom was working properly, and the others were broken.
