The price is reasonable, the room is clean, and the staff are friendly. You can leave your stuffs before check-in and after check- out.

It's a modern local hotel chain but not my preference even at the economical price. There were a series of little problematic things that would prevent me from booking again. The property is behind the city electrical sub station and on a busy part time for South Pattaya road so easy to miss and a long way to turn around. There was some difficulty and delay checking in. The internet log in was a challenge and despite asking for help still had to figure out on my own. Despite being adjacent to the electrical sub station, they still lost power my last day, a huge explosion on the telephone pole as an insulator blew up, then several hours to repair, so I left early lugging my suitcase down 5 flights of stairs. So not for me.

The hotel stay was good and the bed was better than Holiday Inn. The Thyme coffee shop is a good treat. The checkout was not as expected - they are more concerned that we have stolen an item in the hotel room, which then gives a negative experience of the hotel. The customer experience is bad at checkout with very unhappy staff. Do you financially penalize staff if procedures are not followed. Even at the coffee shop, you had to pay before you finished the coffee.

The hotel offers a comfortable stay without breaking the bank. You will find all the necessary amenities for a pleasant experience. Furthermore, the staff is known for their friendliness and willingness to assist guests. This is a great choice for travelers looking for value and convenience. Overall, it promises a positive and memorable stay.

The hotel’s location and facilities are very good — clean, comfortable, and convenient. However, the staff’s attitude seriously damaged our overall impression. When we returned to the hotel at night and requested an extra pillow from the night front desk staff named Puke, her response was extremely rude and unwelcoming. In fact, during our entire stay, not a single staff member smiled or offered a warm greeting. As a hotelier myself, I know how important staff behavior is in shaping a guest’s decision to return. Even with a great property, such poor service will drive guests away — and for us, it certainly means we will not be coming back. This is not just a guest relations issue; it’s a serious concern for the management and owners, as it will directly impact reputation and revenue.

Olympus Condo! is an excellent place to stay with friends / family , we had a Wonderful stay here . The property manager was very nice and helpful all times , he also helped us to explore the city attractions and helped to buy best shows tickets , transports etc with amazing discounts than outside. The place was very close to all attractions making it a great place to stay. Would like to revisit again. Thankyou @Yang.(PM)

I stayed at the hotel for 6 days and here's my honest opinion: Cleanliness: On Day 1, I found a few strands of long hair on the toilet floor. On following days, tiny little flies in the toilet, which doesn't seem to go away... sigh Location: Only 5 mins from Walking Street, what more can I ask 😊 Service: All the staffs are friendly & approachable. Kudos to Mr Picky for making every guest feel so welcomed. Amenities: Basic yet ok. Food: Room service = The hotel chef did a great job. The various Thai food that I've ordered are delicious and value for money. Breakfast = Half of the selections are dedicated to our Indian friends. Overall: The hotel staffs are very nice people. The location is convenient. However, there's still room for improvements. No pun intended. P.S. I should've taken photos to back my claims.

This hotel has everything, Fast Internet, Telly Hairdryer pool gym. Clean Big Rooms. It's far from walking street. 711 is like 10 min walk too. That's manageable. It has only one problem and that's the biggest one. Indians. I am Indian myself, so you can't play race card. Damn they are loud. In lobby, they talk like they are in cricket stadium sitting on the other side. Some talking on the phone to India. If they just put the phone down.i am sure people on the other side can hear them without a phone. Another thing room they open the door and talk loudly and play music. Lot of people doing this think they are cool. My suggestion for the hotel is to keep some posters to advise guests to keep the noise down and, if required, put the fine. Another indian , he ate food and put the rubbish in the hallway. He could have thrown in the bin . I feel sorry for the staff and reception, that they have to deal with such rude guests every day.

The place is about 15 minutes walking distance from the Beach. My experience wasn't bad there in the hotel. The room size was comfortable enough. But, they didn't provide any Toothpaste or toothbrush or any soap or hand was. There weren't any sandals either. These things I have got even in cheaper Hotels. The shower was slightly broken. The water wasn't draining quickly either. These are silly problems. But, the experience would have been better if these silly issues weren't there.

Especially good, the community environment here is good, the swimming pool is downstairs, the taxi is also very convenient, and there is access control here, very safe. The facilities inside are very new, there is a microwave oven and a stove to cook.
