Hotels in North Pattaya, Pattaya

The hotel is very conveniently located, there is a direct exit to the Terminal 21 shopping center. I liked that the room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the city. On the 32nd floor, the restaurant is open only from 17.00, which was inconvenient for us, we wanted to have lunch. There is a mini-water park area for kids, a pool for children and a large pool, 130 cm deep. The kids' club is designed for children up to 6 years old approximately. The slide is suitable for children, because when you land you end up in the water with a shallow pool and personally I hit my butt hard and got scratched, and my 12-year-old son's swimming trunks also wore out. The minibar was well stocked with juices, water, soda, nuts, chips, coffee in drip bags 👍, tea, sugar. Everything you need is in the room, except for an iron, you have to ask for it. The room is clean, the linen and towels are good. Smart TV and you can watch YouTube. Overall the hotel is good, but personally I like it when the corridors and rooms are light, but here it is too dark for me. The staff is very polite. The ice cream by the pool is super tasty!

I didn't pay breakfast when I booked the room, and paid 250 baht per person in the restaurant. The breakfast was not very rich but enough to fill me up. The front desk service was excellent. I wanted to stay for two more days, but Pattaya was hosting a marathon. The hotel room rates went up ridiculously. Sadly, I had to leave the hotel. Very advanced uses robots to clean public corridors。

The wall is toooo thin, the room is not sound proof. I can hear noise of room next door or someone walk by the room or elevator sound. If you are sensitive to noise, this will be a nightmare. The service is good, staff is friendly and helpful. mattress is too soft, I had backache next day.

It was economical, but you get what you pay for (in Pattaya, low-season). The most positive aspect is the swimming pool. The worst parts: (1) ongoing renovations but soon over it seems (had to change the first room, which helped but only a bit). (2) Bathroom with a design flaw (shower head placed in the middle; the entire bathroom gets flooded upon showering, even the toilet paper roll may get wet, so be warned). (3) The fridge (only a chiller with a very slow cooling power). I booked two nights, stayed two nights but was happy to move on afterwards.

The hotel room was nice and clean. The aircon worked very well. The breakfast every morning was amazing, especially the chicken curry rice and french toast. The workers were incredibly friendly and welcoming.The main problem was the location as it was run down and noisy. Every night there was a loud night club nearby. There were also many insects and lizards outside the rooms like the hallways. Overall the hotel was beautiful, i just wish we had a nicer view and location.

Hotel is located nearby the city. It takes around 20 minutes walk to the shopping mall, Terminal 21 and around 10 minutes to Lotus supermarket. It really depends on your how fast one walk. It is hard to take the baht car on the road. But they have taxis and motorcycle outside the hotel. Only the hotel Manager can communicate in English and she is nice and accommodated. However, not all her staffs and the housekeeping teams respect her orders for our requests. During my stay, i can feel that tons of different chemicals including strong santiziers, air fresher and pesticides overused during the days and nights. My stuffs and clothings are all containmated by them. Honestly, i do not like in breathing in all these toxic when i was insid the room and when i asleep. I am very sensitive and allergic to the products they use. Especially, they should understand that it has toxic and chemical reactions if everything mixed together. It was so irritated and made me cough all the time. After I bought it up to their attentions, they sprayed more inside and outside my areas. The foods from the restaurant are not tasty and the restaurant staffs has no greeting. The restaurant is big, but it has poor condition. They has noodle soup on Sunday only. When I asked for something that is not on the table. They just responsed that they don't understand. It is not a luxury hotel and it is old. I do not like to see the molds inside the shower areas. In my room, the sink fault no good, vent was broken, air condition was not cool and very dirty. The closet has very bad smell from mixed with santiziers and pesticides smell. Their room rates are too high. The only thing I like is they have a microwave provided inside your room. I did not try their swimming pools since there was so noisy from the people and kids around. I did not enjoy my stayed.

Fairly large room over looking the swimming pool. It is clean and tidy like all areas of the hotel. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was unfortunately focused on Asian tastes, which is an area the F & B Manager can review. The location is quite far from the beach area and nearest shopping mall; around 15-20 minute walk with few opportunities to eat nearby the hotel. A simple, pleasant stay for 1 night.

I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights and the location just so good it took me 20 mins walk from and to the Northern Pattaya Bus Terminal. Moreover it was only 10 mins walk to Terminal 21 or 5 mins to Big C Marina for food or fruits at superstore. Room was spacious and bed was comfy. Bottles of water and coffee provided for daily basis The balcony was another addiontal points The only downside was the aircon a bit old and noisy.

This is by far the best hotel of all in terms of quality. The bedding is brand new, everything is spotlessly clean, and there's no complaints. The mattresses are luxurious, so sleeping is very comfortable. Air conditioning, automatic curtains, and a huge TV are available in the room. The staff was very friendly; they greeted us, showed us around, and were always available to answer any questions we had. Our stay was excellent; we even checked out at one point, but returned for a few more days simply because of the comfort for the price.

It's more a 3 star hotel than 4 star hotel because of the basic facilities & breakfast dining hall shared across 3 hotels. Balcony with a boring view of shops back lane. A big minus. Small Bathroom room with standing shower inside tub, which is inconvenient to get in and out. Breakfast so so in a big canteen like hall. No air-conditioning in the bate all fitness room. Broken basic equipment, a few rusty& plastic dumbbells. Convenient location about 10 min walk to Terminal 21 along N Pattaya Rd. 7-11 store just round the corner.
