Hotel Review I stayed at this hotel for one night. The hotel is quite new and very clean. What I liked the most was the breakfast—it was surprisingly grand for a hotel in this price range. One thing that could be improved is the bottled water provided in the room. They offer two small bottles and say refills are available, but the size is too small. It would be better if they provided at least four bottles. Also, the bathroom layout is a bit unusual, as you have to pass through the wet area before reaching the dry section. Overall, it’s a great value-for-money hotel, and I had a pleasant stay.

This hotel is one of my all-time favorites. It offers great value for the price, the staff is very friendly, the pool and hotel atmosphere are relaxing, and the location to the beach is very close. If you’re lucky, you get a great view. If not, it’s still not too bad. The rooms are bright, and the beds are comfortable. There is no wardrobe, but not everyone needs that.

I stayed here for 3 nights. I can say that hotel has beautiful design and architecture, interesting swimming pool idea, good breakfast. BUT after sleeping there first night, I got bites all over my body, room is not clean and clearly has bed bugs that hotel do not take care of. Staff helped me, to move me to another room and I had no problem out there. Now because of those bites I have developed an allergy 2 days later and need to find the way that my clothes and luggage will not get contaminated by bugs and I will not bring then into my house. I would not recommend to stay here!

We stayed here for five days on a working vacation. The rooms are small but very nice. The internet was fast enough to have quality online calls and there were ample spaces that provided work stations. The kids play room was great as the kids were entertained for many hours while we worked. The breakfast had a good selection of western, Thai, Indian and other asian options. The only issue we had was other guests who would eat with their hand and then go touch all the serving utensils. Very unsanitary. Overall we had a very good experience

A great equipped hotel for family with children. My kids have enjoyed the long water slides, the wave pool, kids water play area, kids playroom, gaming room. Amazing and delicious breakfast and buffet dinner selection, also catering kids menu as well! Helpful staff, clean rooms, it’s highly recommended and we will come back again!

Whether it was the fun water features or the ample lounging space for adults, there was something for everyone. Rooms Our room was newly renovated, and it showed. Everything was spotless, modern, and designed for comfort. The tidy and fresh ambiance made us feel right at home. Family-Friendly Atmosphere This hotel is a paradise for families. There were plenty of kids around, making it easy for our children to make new friends. The family-friendly vibe was evident everywhere, from the kid-oriented activities to the staff’s attentiveness. Overall We highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a mix of relaxation, adventure, and quality time together. It truly offered the perfect blend of luxury and fun. We can’t wait to return!

I really liked the hotel. Conveniently located for shopping (near terminal 21), warm pool, comfortable sun loungers. We were placed in a quiet building on the second floor, the windows of the room were always in the shade. Many thanks to the hotel for the wonderful room, as we booked a room overlooking the garden and placed us in a room overlooking the pool. The hotel has excellent breakfasts, if something runs out, they bring it right away. Three types of fruits (pineapple, watermelon, dragon fruit), chicken, meat, sausages, ham, vegetables, pasta, delicious homemade yogurt, pastries. On a separate table they made an omelette to order. Very polite and helpful staff. The only downside is the old washed towels.

The shuttle services helps to relieve the problem of location. The sunsets view of the swimming pool is attractive. The staff services are helpful in fixing any problems happened in the room. There may be a chicken farm nearby the hotel. You can hear their crow clearly from everyday evening to morning.

Hotel is not to far from the shopping malls, you may need 10 to 15 mins walk to the terminal 21 mall. But you can take baht car for 10 baht one way also. I did not try the hotel breakfast buffet because they have too much tours. Room are decent and the air condition is cool. Water pressure from the shower head is low pressure, but they do have a bath tub if you like. Toilet doesnt flush well. The kettle is very dirty and has so much stains on it. When i request to change another one, they asked me to talk to front desk for everything. The blanket has so much yellow and some blood stains. The water in the sink runs too slowly in my room. The bed is kind of hard and the pillows are too high and hard, not very comfortable. Even though I did not try their swimming pool, but it is pretty. It is on the top of the hotel and it may be too burning during the hot weather. 7 eleven is one block away. There is many bars, some restaurants nearby. There is no tooth brush and tooth paste provided. So please bring your own. The bedsheets and the blanket covers are full of their air fresher smell. For guests are sensitive to smell ir chemicals, it us not a good idea. The front desk ladies are pretty nice to me during my stay.
