It is a nice company for the price/quality. Do not expect slippers and water. You can buy in 7/11. The only disadvantage is early check out, which should be changed. And the water waa leaking in the shower.

The only plus it’s the location & price
The rest is a no: untidy tiny room, furniture has the smell of a previous users, horrible elevator system, the host was polite, but not really professional (forgot to bring the deposit while we were sitting and waiting, change the day then) and only 7 sits near the pool, where people were smoking just in the water, so nobody really following the rules

The swimming pool is very cool and it has an amazing view of Pattaya.

The apartment was great value but had no kitchen utensils to talk about.
No tea towels or cutlery that a normal apartment would have.
Bath towels were the nicest I've ever used.
Toaster needs to be replaced.

Great price on OTA. 100 THB parking fee will be charged for every stay if park a car over 3 hours.
