Mytt Hotel Pattaya

Great location, decent pool, great to have the welcome drinks at the top floor with view over the beach area. The variety of food for breakfast varies a lot. One day we have a lot of food choices, spanning across all the buffet tables. On the other day, only about half was available. Probably they adjust according the number of expected guest for that day? From my experience, there were 2 problems here. One is about the noise at night. I was staying at 8th floor facing the bar opposite the hotel. Music and screaming were clearly heard until around 4am. The other problem was the water supply. Water pressure was extremely low. And hot water supple was extremely unstable. Need quite long time to adjust.

Mytt Hotel Pattaya is a fantastic place to stay—modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The rooftop pool and breakfast buffet were highlights. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

I booked the best suite the hotel had on the top floor costing approximately $300-$400 per night . This hotel states they are 5 star . The concierge staff were very friendly helpful and Courteous at all times . I normally stay at the Hilton hotel Pattaya on the beach where staff are fluent in English and go above and beyond . The Front office staff and manager at the Mytt hotel have rather poor English skills with lack of communication and little to no care nor compassion to guests in general nor with issues at the hotel . I stayed there at the serious lack of care to hotel guests . The mattress was sunken in the middle of the, I’d say it is the original mattress from the time the hotel opened . The air conditioning was so noisey like I was at an airport. The room was serviced daily with only towels placed in room . The room was nit vaccumed . The sheets nor linen was not replaced nor were the toilets clean . This is completely unacceptable being a so called 5 star hotel . I was furious and brought this up with front office staff and management with them only to smile in my face and say I’m so sorry sir we will contact the service department . Little to no compensation was offered to me . Going on a holiday and staying in a 5 star hotel is the last thing you would expect from a 5 star property and having staff with no care policy has purely put me off from ever staying at the Mytt hotel again .
