i drive a car but there is always traffic jam outside the hotel during the day time. parking available and overall is satisfactory.

Very disappointed as advertised as 5 star we thought we were getting a good deal looks lovely from outside and reception looks very nice but rooms not clean every where dusty under the bed a disgrace bathroom tap broken and loose sink plug broken had to use knife to lift plug to let water drain away asked for room to be cleaned especially under bed but not done till next day and had to show cleaner and move bed ourselves for her to clean no safes in rooms no hand towels left out.we were in rooms 601 602 then moved to 701 702 without any notice just a tap at door and move now lifts were dusty dirty with plasterboard as workers using them for materials for work getting carried out .definitely would not recommend as 5 star a possible 2 as needs a good clean sorry Le Bali but you need to up your game as we wouldn't stay again

Great hotel wonderful, modern and clean. Beautifully decorated. But the staff are so rude. OH my gosh give them more training in hospitality.

When booking, it was during Songkran. The name didn't appear in the reservation system, but the employee couldn't remember the name. He was a GSA guy from the hotel (working the same shift as a tall GSA guy) who offered to upgrade the pool access room. At first, he thought he would be rejected because the room was full. I overheard the female employee who was talking to a Chinese person at the time say that the room was full. Then he looked at us with an expression that didn't welcome guests. But the older man was calm and talked to us very well. I was impressed. The taller male walked out and brought us a breakfast coupon because he forgot that we had reserved breakfast. I was impressed that I didn't have to call or walk out and get it myself. Every level of service is extremely impressive. The room was very comfortable. But it doesn't keep much sound. Swimming pool closes at 10 p.m. But I heard a group of Chinese people playing in the water until almost 11:00 p.m. Overall, it's considered a good overall picture. If there is front recognition for the employees, I'd like to give praise to the two GSA men who provided excellent service and spoke with good facial expressions. (stay on 13 April Check-in at 2 p.m.)
