Obviously this was a condo converted into a 2-3 stars hotel. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and helpful, we had to change rooms because the original room's air con was not cool at all. The location is the best of this hotel but lot of maintenance needs to be done.

The place is good,there staff is friendly. You can walk for 5-7 minutes going to the beach. All in all it was amazing.

The location and size of the bedroom were perfect. The air conditioning can be kept on 24/7 which is great, but it could be colder. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and no noise in the evenings.
Only downside, could have been slightly cleaner but overall highly recommend it for the price

Hotel was not much of a problem. It was just one night. Very near many needs and tourism activities. The only bad thing was perhaps every time I leave hotel, people in vehicles or motorbikes would directly and specifically poison me with their exhaust.

The room has a balcony and a good environment. The buildings and facilities are relatively old and not smart. It is very close to the beach and Pattaya Walking Street. There is a shopping mall downstairs with various restaurants, supermarkets and small commodities.
