Location was fantastic especially the air condition is really nice & bed is comfortable ambiance is nice too not noisy at all strongly recommended very economical for budget traveling not recommended with family 👏👏👏👍👍

Great basic guest house above a very good sports bar. The room had everything I needed . The staff were brilliant. My only issue was the stairs which were a bit difficult for me personally. But the staff carried my bag for me which helped a lot. The bar restaurant was good and well priced.

great little sports bar with rooms, rooms are basic but clean
location is great, right in the heart of pattaya nightlife
if have mobility issue then maybe not for you as it has steps that need to be navigated to rooms
overall would recommend

Ideally located near ALL bars and restaurants. Comfortable beds, good HOT showers, didn't try the food but looked nice, plenty people eat there. Balcony rooms noisy until clubs shut (2am) but other rooms are available. Good service 👍
