I Rovers

Centrally located with easy access to nightlife, bars, and restaurants. Spacious, clean rooms with large beds and good TV channels. Friendly, efficient staff offering excellent service and making guests feel welcome.

We stayed a week at I-Rovers in a superior 2nd floor room facing the bar street with a balcony. Pros: The breakfast was great and cheap. Actually, all the food and drinks were very good and affordable. The service was excellent. I-Rovers has a large staff so service is fast and the owner, Steve, is easy going and accommodating. I-Rovers is a sports bar which has multiple large screen tvs with different sports/events and two dart boards and a pool table. The room was very spacious with a large fridge and the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were harder than I prefer. The A/C worked great and the tv had movie and sports channels. The shower was hot and had good water pressure. Cons: If you are looking for a long night out on bar street, this location is perfect. But if you want to go to bed early, you really need earplugs. The music from the street can be heard until 3 AM every night. The hotel is in the heart of a loud and promiscuous area. Also, some amenities in the room could use an update. We enjoyed our time at I-Rovers and would stay here again, but for only for a couple of days.

Simple room, but with everything you need, no noise could be heard from the bar below. Unfortunately, ants would appear too easily all the time. My AC wasn't working properly the first day of my stay, but they handled it very well and fixed the problem in a few hours. Commendable service. Also very good breakfast in the sports bar.
