I stayed here 2020 ,I cannot believe the staff attacked a customer,I was there for three weeks ,the staff was very helpful,my place was cleaned everyday to a very good standard,My holiday was cut short by four days because Covid hit ,when I explained to the lady at the counter she actually refunded me 1500 baht ,that does not happen in Pattaya and iv been there many times.I’m hoping to book in again for next October 2023 .This is a very good hotel.

This hotel is not westerner friendly. Please take my experience as a warning and do not put yourself or your family at risk. The staff are unfriendly, the food was ok, the part of Pattaya can be dangerous. Please be advised. I spent four weeks in hospital from the injuries sustained due to contact with this establishment.
