It’s a very old former luxury hotel. It has a good pool and is just next to the beach. But the rooms are very old and the whole hotel is run down. The stuff is very nice and tries their best to hold everything together but they are just overwhelmed. The is also construction going on next to the pool and the restrooms and shower for the pool are closed.
The Tom’s have an unbeatable sea view and are quite big. But I won’t recommend it. I’d they would renovate it could be great!

The hotel would have been fabulous twenty years ago but it's glory has faded somewhat. We had a large room with a balcony and stunning views from the 24th floor. The lifts (four in number) were very efficient. There's also a lovely big swimming pool, and the beach is on the doorstep.
This hotel is not for anyone who suffers from vertigo (37 floors!!) and the breakfast choice for the non meat eater is pineapple or watermelon, but for the price I paid, it was fine.

Ok— not a great place to stay
Most of the staff are friendly - but management yelling at staff very loud in front of customers not good at all.
Room smelled very bad of smoke-
Rooms are terrible , very bad in all ways
Rooms very noisy and all sound flows through the walls into the rooms from lift lobby, above and side rooms
The place is really run down in particular the rooms
Rooms weren t services until 5pm in the afternoon which just sucks
Breakfast super cold so just left and brought breakfast elsewhere
Not worth even half the room rate charged

Mostly friendly staff
Good sea views
Just telling it like it is, similar for room neighbour
Don t waste your money, pay a little more and get much better

- Does not make you feel safe.

- No Wifi in the top floors.
The only good thing I like is the view from balcony.

It’s the worst hotel where I ever book. The building is super old and horrible car parking lot. Room cannot lock a door from inside and dusty. It’s unsafely and scary. I just stay about 20 minutes to searching a new hotel and check out immediately. The hotel price is not even worth up to about 1,500 THB per night. Only advantage for this hotel is Seaview from room and also Staffs. They are nice and helpful.
