Many restaurants near the hotel.

At the reception they took the slide for 500 baht and returned it upon departure. The condominium is located a 10-minute walk to the fish market, where there is always fresh seafood, and they can cook it there. It takes 5 minutes to get to Terminal 21 by sangtel. Near 7:11, there is a street with local food, in the mornings until lunch the kitchen opens with local breakfasts, donuts, pastries. The room has floor-to-ceiling windows, we lived on the 8th floor, overlooking the sea. Dogs barked at night, earplugs helped. Sometimes cockroaches came at night, we took all the waste from the room out of the room in the evening, there were practically none of them. There is a pool in the yard, but no one swam there with us. There is a paid water machine 1l -1 baht, a paid washing machine 40 baht. Sink by the front door, kettle, refrigerator, microwave, cutlery, two mugs, two glasses, no knife, bought at 7:11. It's an 18-minute walk to the beach of a 5-star hotel. The water is muddy, not very muddy, as in the whole of Pattaya. Very good for the money.

Good hotel, good price, next to the road with minibuses passing by, easy to find restaurants.

Come to the Pattaya fireworks festival. You can take the Songthaew from in front of the hotel. On the way back, there were minibuses passing by all night. Very comfortable

The shower water flows weakly. But there is a water heater that works well. Toiletries include liquid soap, shampoo and a shower cap. The towel has a strange smell. The room has standard amenities and includes a refrigerator, microwave, glasses, plates, and bowls, but no hair dryer. Overall, worth the price paid 👍🏻

Since it was an early morning flight, I just slept and made a reservation to check out. Although the facilities were outdated, they were good value for money and relatively clean. I don't see any cockroaches and I don't see any other bugs!! You are kind

The room is ok. The price is not too high. I like it.

The hotel is 7-800 meters away from Pattaya Seafood Market. It is considered peripheral. The price is very cheap. The room is not small. There is a refrigerator, safe and microwave. There is a coin-operated washing machine downstairs. The biggest problem is that the water heater does not work and the water flow is small and The water is cooler.

It is a quiet hotel with complete facilities, cool air conditioning, soft beds and comfortable sleep.
