A very ideal resort in the Jomtien Beach area, a paradise on earth. The price of about 400 RMB is quite worth it. It is the first choice for accommodation next time I come to Pattaya. As a previous guest commented, "It feels like this hotel must have been magnificent when it first opened." The old foundation can still be felt now. The room is very spacious, the interior layout is advanced, but it is a pity that it is now old and regrettable. The tables, chairs, cabinets and beds are okay, but the toilet flush button needs to be pressed very hard, the toilet tank is always making a hissing sound (Room 202), the basin pull rod is stuck (Room 223), the tea stains on the outside of the kettle are unbearable to look at, and many other details. I want to say in particular that the front desk staff is indifferent, sloppy at work, and very inefficient. In addition, there is only one computer at the front desk, which can only handle one guest at a time. I saw that there are three or four staff members at the front desk, which wastes manpower and guests' time. I have seen many guests' comments about the service problems at the front desk, and I don't know why it is still the same now. The hotel's wifi is also a lack that guests have always complained about. The hotel's room service staff is warm to guests. I want to especially praise the hotel's restaurant. I feel that the western food is very good, I don't know how Europeans feel about it. The service staff is very good, and I ate both dinners in the hotel restaurant. The restaurant environment is very elegant, and you can eat under the coconut trees while enjoying the sea breeze and watching the sea and sunset. The hotel's swimming pool is also very clean, and the debris is salvaged every morning, and the pool water is always circulating. There are many guests using the swimming pool. I traveled in Thailand for eight days and stayed in five hotels. I felt good in all of them, and I liked this hotel the most, but it was also this hotel that made the last time of my trip a little bleak (because of the indifference and arrogance of the hotel's front desk).

The hotel is not bad, so small and cozy. Cleaning the room... apparently they call it clean :) Nice pool, with flowers, beautiful lighting. Breakfast is ok. We took a room with access to the pool, in theory this should imply that the sun loungers in the room should be assigned to the room. This type of room is more expensive than others. But why is this not so? We had to get up at 7 am to take a sunbed, and then go back to sleep. But the arrogant guy in charge of the towels came and simply removed all our things from the sunbeds. I even had to complain to him for such arbitrariness.

I like this Thai-style decoration very much. Although the facilities are older, the wooden style is my favorite. It’s just that the pillows and quilts are not comfortable enough, but it’s okay. The hygiene is pretty good and the service is also very good. This time it’s free for me. Upgraded to a suite.

We were faced with the fact that upon arrival, the room of the same category that we had paid for in advance was not available. We warned the hotel about our arrival in advance by mail, to which we received an answer that they were waiting for us. Upon check-in, we were simply placed in a room of a smaller category and were not warned about this. After we ourselves drew the hotel’s attention to the discrepancy, we were offered to simply return the difference in room rates, because... The room we booked was already occupied. We turned to Trip.com. They helped partially resolve the issue (for which we are grateful). We were moved to a room of our category, but not for the entire period we paid, but for 1 day less. On the last day we were moved to a room of a higher category. In general, the misunderstanding was corrected, but the residue remained. The pool is big enough. There are enough sunbeds, but the staff allows you to “take the sunbeds”. Some guests put their towels down at 7 a.m. and come back to lie down around lunchtime. All this time, the sun loungers seem to be occupied, although there are no people at the pool. The towels by the pool are old and have stains that can no longer be washed out. There is no service at the pool. Waiters do not appear in sight. You need to go to the bar to order. Breakfast is acceptable, but the coffee machine is not at all suitable for use in hotels. There was no water in it, it needed cleaning and decalcification, and the glass next to it was running out of milk. Queues are constantly forming around the coffee machine. The selection of fruits is limited and they run out quickly. The doors, windows, furniture, and plumbing in the rooms are old. They have irreparable signs of damage. The door to the balcony closes with difficulty and does not close tightly. If desired, the hook can be opened from the outside and entered into the room. Cleaning is not perfect. There was dust on the top shelves of the cabinets. The hotel location is good on the first line. Across the road is a beach with sun loungers and services. I really liked the large lobby in traditional Thai historical style. Concerts with live performances of songs in different languages ​​are held on the terrace. Including Russian.

The atmosphere is most suitable for relaxation. Stayed in a room on the 1st floor, very spacious and could walk straight into the swimming pool. There is a convenience store nearby. Walk across the road in front of the hotel and you will see the sea. - Breakfast buffet has a variety. But it's like it's all gone and there's no refill at all.

Everything was almost fine until we left. The hotel rooms are large, but quite old, there is a problem with the air conditioning, it works somehow strange. During the first days of our stay, the pool was dirty, but after a couple of days it was cleaned. Breakfast food is normal, but monotonous. The rooms are cleaned well, there were no insects in the rooms, as in other hotels. We constantly ordered food at the hotel restaurant, then wrote a receipt to the number with a signature. Shortly before departure, we paid for everything and took the receipt with us. Already on the way out, they began to shove some kind of check at us, although everything had already been paid, it turned out that there was a different signature and a completely different surname on it, in the end they proved that it was not our check, but the sediment remained, because in We visit the hotel often. It's very clean and very convenient. After the swimming pool is the beach. Next to the swimming pool is an all-day restaurant. It's very relaxing to have a drink and lie on the beach chair. There are many Eastern Europeans here.
