This is the only hotel I have stayed in in Pattaya that cleans you every day. The bed is made for you and the cleaning is very careful. The breakfast is very rich, and it’s worth the price anyway! It's just a bit out of the way, with no supporting facilities nearby.

The room facilities are old and there is nothing. It is not worth the price.

The swimming pool is big and good. Around the hotel there are convenience stores and food.

The atmosphere is quiet and quiet. The hotel is very spacious, with lots of room to walk. The room is ok.

The location is far away

The staff here are adorable and always greet us with warm smiles. They provide enthusiastic and friendly support, which is lovely. However, I'm curious about their efficiency. For instance, when I requested a technician to check the air conditioning in my room and provided my room number, they still went to the wrong room. Similarly, despite requesting room cleaning and hanging a sign on the door, the room remained untouched upon our return, with the water not replaced. It's puzzling given the staff's friendliness. Additionally, the hotel room key adds to the inconvenience.

Already very old. Condition of hotel not good.

It's not the newest hotel, but since they had an ownership and management change after COVID, you can hardly beat the value of the place. We liked that the hotel is not in the middle of the tourism and nightlife districts, as from the hotel you are right away on the main Sukhumvit Rd, and you can from here reach pretty much any location in Pattaya and Jomtien by car within 10 minutes, must faster then when we stayed at a beach road hotel, where you end up in major traffic jams, just to get away from your hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious, yet a bit dated, but it seems they are upgrading them right now. During our stay we got a new larger tv installed ... Staff is very nice, Thai and German management was as well very helpful and friendly... All in all, a very decent hotel at excellent value.
