Hotel Lobby looks very good. Nice location , right next to the beach. We got 2 room at 6F with good review. Housekeeping team are very nice and helpful, room is very clean. Thanks for housekeeping team. They have very strict checkin time , only after 13:55 can do the checkin. Even there is empty room or available for early Check in they will not allow. Breakfast is very simple , no rice. No vegetable. Only bacon , Ham, sausage , egg , juice , milk , flakes. Fruit.

This hotel has great staff. It is located right next to the beach which is great. The baht bus route goes right in front of the hotel. There's lots of places within walking distance to eat. You can easily get to 2 very big shopping malls. Nice massage shop and full service laundry within walking distance. This is my favorite place to stay in Pattaya. (The breakfast isn't much to talk about.)

The bathroom door would not stay open and No bathtub, as advertised on Trip com.

There is no parking.

The service is very good. No deposit is required. If two room cards are needed, a deposit of 500 is required. The hotel is right in front of Pattaya Beach. The environment is good and the front desk service attitude is very good.

I personally feel that I can't recommend it. Except for the air-conditioning and the loud noise, I am very satisfied with everything else. I will definitely come back and stay for a few more days. It is my first choice in Pattaya.

It is indeed a sea view room, but there is nothing to see, it is almost blocked by coconut trees, the room facilities are very poor, there are ants, I was bitten by insects twice, the front desk staff was also very perfunctory, the bed sheets were torn... The breakfast was not good, and they only gave one room card! The corridor was very hot... Not recommended

It is economical and affordable. The advantage is that you are right outside the door to the sea. The disadvantage is that the air conditioner blows on people and the breakfast is not rich. It is not bad, the hygiene is OK, and it is very close to 711 and Lane 6.
