Location is excellent. Reception is very helpful and friendly but room without Toothbrush toothpaste and slippers. Inside the room display "smoking in this room will result in 2000 THB cleaning fee", but inside the room got very strong cigarette smell?????? Do the hotel collected the 2000 THB and did not do the cleaning. The bed side table got the food sauces from previous guests’, and attracted ants come. Even if the air conditioning speed in the room is set to the lowest setting, and the sound is still very loud, but the good thing is air conditioner can be very cold or room temperature.

Location is close to the mall and the beach. Air condition is not distributed to certain areas inside the room. So some areas is cold and some areas is warm. The wind from air condition blows to the head. It made me sick and body aches most of the days while i stay.
Customer Services is so so. Housekeepers do not pay attention to the cleaning sign and can't understand other languages. It is so difficult to communicate with them. The breakfast buffet is located in the basement, light is dim and no window.

A three-star hotel for under 5,000 yen per night. However, apart from being old, it has 4-star class facilities, so it seems good for long-term stays.
The room is spacious, has a balcony, and is clean. However, the tap water smelled moldy.
There is a large pool and a sports gym. The room was spacious and nice.
Good points:
• Convenient location near the beach and downtown
• Japanese commercial channels can be watched on TV
• Microwave and tableware are available. There is also a convenient table
• Table where you can work
• Large pool
• Sports gym
• Shower and bathtub
Bad points:
• Room smells moldy (probably tap smell)
• It may be unavoidable due to the location, but the music from outside is loud.
Notes:
• No sauna
• Breakfast is satisfactory for a three-star hotel

The cost of the hotel is ~$45, the breakfast is excellent, the bed is good, the linens are pleasant.
