The villas are very nice, in a convenient location. Wifi was not the best, worked fast at times, and went slow at times. Was difficult to work. The bed was lumpy and not comfortable and very low to the ground.

Well located on the beach road. It also felt secluded because the villas go far into the location. You pay for what you get and this was good value for money. Room was cleaned every day and the staff was very friendly.

Lying thieves. Stay away.

Good location, good service, very nice staff, polite speaking. Went to stay for 3 days and had a lot of fun.

Clean, comfortable, not far from the sea

The house is scary. It's old and should be renovated.

A little disappointed this time with the room. Lots of little inconveniences, bad flow of water in the bathroom, shower head that doesn't hold, toilets not super clean, fridge that makes a hell of a noise. Nothing serious but overall a worse experience than last time, where the room was at the same price and of the same standard, but otherwise more pleasant. Otherwise, friendly staff and location a stone's throw from the sea. Nice swimming pool.

There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room, and it is understandable that the ants are close to the sea. Across the road from the hotel gate is Jomtien Beach, a 5-minute walk to the room (you can call the front desk to ask for a motorcycle pick-up to the gate)

Cheap price, good location, a little walk to the sea. The accommodation offers a 24-hour shuttle service. The room is well soundproofed, the air conditioner is cool, there is breakfast, but it's chicken porridge that comes to the room. If it's a buffet style at the restaurant, it will be very good.
