Location wise it is quite near the Pattaya Beach, about 10-15 on foot IF you know your way so better google your way to and from. You can also take the Songthaew if you can read the Thai character. There are lots of massage parlors and 7-11 stores. It is just in the Waking Street.
The room itself is very basic. But it does have a good view of the beach. Too bad you can’t sit on the balcony to enjoy the view especially at night because the chair outside has holes in it.
Amenities: No need to worry if you will only stay for a night and you are man. If you are a woman, make sure you have your own toiletries and vanity kit as they are not provided.
Better read all details before booking to be sure of the terms and conditions such as the deposits and the extra fees for changing the beddings, new towels etc. Also be wary of the public parking fee if you will come by car.

Difficult & Confusing check in process, we thought we were staying at a hotel, but is just an airbnb type thing. Overpriced in comparison to the other places we stayed on this trip. The room we stayed really needs a make over, barely holding together.
